Speedy contracting service (scs)

James came from Ohio to do a few projects for our non-profit organization. We have staffed residential homes for adults with intellectual disabilities throughout the South Hills area. We recently purchased a newer home for one of our houses, because our residents are aging and need a more accessible home. James and his teammate helped us with that. They helped install some handrails, installed a bathroom vent, closed off an old dining room into a bedroom, installed a split unit, and tore out a tub and installed a huge linen closet in its place. They were very professional through the whole process and we will be using them for many similar projects in the near future. Highly recommended!

Speedy’s response and service was exemplary! I was especially pleased with the the knowledge and capability, of Speedy’s, to tell me every step of the way, what needed to be done to rectify any issues that were encountered and the respect and conscientious detail given to each project, as if, it were their very own house. Thank goodness for honest and caring people like Speedy’s in this day and age!

The exterior trim around my deck door was rotting and falling off. He did an absolute wonderful job showing me what the issues were underneath the trim, telling me options, even consulted a builder friend of his to confirm the best possible solution. The final result was spectacular and you can tell the care and pride he takes in his work. He was transparent with pricing and what he was going to do, and he asked me several times my opinion about the the work to be done and the appearance. He also arrived when he said he would and completed the work carefully but efficiently . He will be my go to person from now on if we need any handyman services in our home. I can't say enough about how pleased we are. He's also a very nice and personable individual.

Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. Highly recommend this handyman to anyone in need of having their windows caulked and exterior foundation painted.

I had a big mess of a sewer pipe backed up bc of a blockage in the pipe a Mike showed up as soon as I contacted him a got the job done ! Couldn’t be happier with his service he has done quite a few jobs for me an always has done more then what he had too ! So thanks again Mike you will always be my go to guy !

the bed frame turned out amazing! it was exactly like the pictures and description i gave of what i wanted. The measurements were made exactly to the size i needed and you could tell time and care went into the craftsmanship. The wood has a great finish and was stained just as i had asked. the quality is great and is something that i know will last forever as a great investment!

Very efficient and high quality service. This young man comes with a positive attitude and everything necessary to the job. Also he had several contacts in the construction industry making where there is nothing he can't do.
