SPEEDY PETE'S DUN-RITE PLUMBING & DRAIN

Emergency plumbing issue. Pete called back immediately, and arrived soon after. What was a nightmare became manageable. He took the time to find solutions within the budget; offered professional advice from decades of experience. In the middle of it all- there was a lot of laughter. Call Pete.

Mr Pete was the first plumber to call me for my online repair request on Home Advisor and came out to my home within 30 minutes. He is so professional that he has everything including parts in his van that I didn’t go out to purchase the pressure tank replacement. He fixed the leak problem in my toilet and replaced the tank in a short time and he cleaned everything before leaving. His service charge was reasonable. He is knowledgeable and a nice person and will strongly recommend him for an excellent plumbing job. Thanks Pete.

Overall I wouldn't recommend them. My story is complicated and would be a long story, so I will keep it brief. Their skill level seems fine and all the work done a few weeks ago seems to be going well w/o setback. From a business ethics standpoint, I am disappointed w/the overall encounter and follow up questions I have had for them that at this point still have not been answered. I will not look to them for future work.

Mr.Pete and his son were very professional, kept me informed of all options and help me to make the best decision in choosing the right replacement equipment. I was very fortunate to find him on Angi. This guy is a Master plumber with his son to have both on this job was our good luck. He gets a 10 out 10.

Water heater and furnace gas line configuration not up to code. Pete was wonderful, initially helped me determine over the phone that my gas had been shut off... Once the gas company came out they informed me of multiple problems with how the lines were configured. Pete came out and did a great job of explaining everything to me and getting everything perfect. Very professional, and also very outgoing and personable, and I could tell that he really cares about his customers!

Unprofessional in all regards. I was out of town and needed work done. He was annoyed he had to deal with a woman to communicate with. Extremely sexist and rude. Very creepy old man that would not distance himself even after asked to leave repeatedly. We had to threaten to call the cops before he finally left. Very theatrical and blows things out of proportions to give the impression that he’s doing a great job and that his work was hard just to try to up-charge you. He gave us a quote that changed 3 (arguably 5) times. He was found just sitting around not doing anything multiple times to let the clock tick to charge higher rates. I would not recommend Pete to anyone unless you enjoy feeling uncomfortable in your own home and can afford unnecessary expenses.

Great. Came on time did a great job and fixed the problem the same day. I would definitely hire again.

Water heater sprunk a leak on New Year's Eve and called several plumbers that didn't have available for days. Called Pete and he came within a few hours. He gave me a good deal and for it done in that day. It was done with quality. I will call him again in the future.

Got my water back on. He was able to figure out the problem. Will have to return because demolition will be involved, but he was able to isolate & identify and get my water back on.

I called Pete after business hours and within an hour he was at my house ready to work. He did a great job and charged a very fair price. I would hire him again.

Pete and Chris did a great job scoping out the work to be accomplished, completed the work in a timely manner and charged a fair price for the work they did. I recommend them and would hire them again!
