We hired Realta (Osman) in 2020 to add a two story deck. Since the install, the deck has continued to leak in the house. They attempted to repair their poor workmanship multiple times but were unsuccessful. I do not recommend hiring them if you have any (literally any) other options. I have photos and text proof of the workmanship and lack of response from Osman.

I’m pretty handy and I would highly recommend Randall and his team. Their craftsmanship is superb, they arrived when promised, and went above and beyond to finish/float the drywall that I hung on a new wall construction. He also installed the external door on the new construction and everything looks great! I will definitely use his services again in the future!

Randal is a super nice guy. He replied quickly, the same day, on time, and reviewed the repair needed. Randal explained in detail what he would do and provided a fair quote. We needed a piece of sheet rock replaced on the ceiling. He secured all items needed in order to complete the repair and even secured paint to match. I cannot stress enough his punctuality, his attention to detail, his cleanliness of the repair area, not easy when dealing with sheet rock, his communication and the care he took to protect our personal effects. He earned an A+++!!! I will call him for my next job! Thank you Randal!!!

I do not recommend this contractor. Pros: Randal is a nice guy; he was the first person to call immediately after I set up a request; he showed up the very next morning on time with the materials. However, the Cons are he did not finish the work. Once the project dried, I can see where all the joints meet up. He promised to show up the next morning to put up the baseboard that he forgot the materials for. He never showed up. He returned a couple of my text messages saying he would show up on a certain day but would not give a time. Needless to say, he never showed, then he stopped returning my texts. I have called and left messages with him twice, he never picked up or called me back. If he had come back to make things right, I would have used him on other projects. However, I got scammed because I thought he was a nice guy who would do the right thing. He did not do the right thing.

Randal called me a foreigner and asked if I will pay him as many times as people like me usually do not. I gave him a benefit of doubt and still hired him, thinking he might be joking. He was supposed to mend my drywall and ceiling in the tiny coat closet which got damaged with water. He did not give me any receipt or card. I thought the work was a little shabby using old material but otherwise ok since it was going to be hidden inside the closet. He refused a credit card and I gave him a check. After he left I noticed he had taken off my perfectly fine door frame and installed an old broken and patched up door frame in its place. I hire them on the basis of their professionalism and honesty. Randal is a thief. If there was a rating below zero I would have given that.

"First of all I did not call her a foreigner she told me she was from another place. As far as not paying I don't know what she is talking about. She agreed to install drywall where it had been removed in her closet and install trim that was missing. I installed drywall, taped and floated only, because she did not want to pay for texture and paint. The trim was a different style than I had seen or used before and before I informed her of that but told her I can get something close before the price was given and before the work began, she said ok because it was inside the closet. I finished my work and she approved it, she then asked if I would do something else which I did and then we talked about additional work and pricing. I did not steal a door frame as I don't need another used frame and if she will check the paint color she would know it was already there. I never refused a credit card as I have the capabilities to run one on my phone, she gave me a choice of a card or check and I chose a check. Realty Construction strives to give the customer the best service and work we can at all times and we make sure our customers are happy when completed. If I had known of any problem it would have been corrected immediately and this would not be happening. You do good work and try to please everyone of your customers but you cant please everyone."
