Very well. Very easy to work with and thorough

I am a long time Angie's List loyalist (both in CA and well as MA) and have had many positive experiences over 20 years. My experience with SP General tops them all. I have NEVER had such meticulous work/workers. This was a pre move in cleaning of a large condo that had had 2000+ sq ft of hardwood floors refinished (e.g. lots of dust), a neglected Viking Stove/SubZero refrigerator; granite kitchen/baths, whirlpool, two fireplaces etc. Long and short---a lot of interior space that needed thorough but careful cleaning. It has been restored to "brand new" condition---including finished basement and garage. They are truly unbelievable--- and I am a very hard grader. I give them the highest recommendation possible and will be using them for all my cleaning needs going forward. They are simply THE BEST!

Nubia and her mother did a beautiful job! They were responsive, flexible, and did a very thorough cleaning of my townhouse. I will be using their services on a regular basis in the future. I recommend them without reservation.

They are pretty good. Its just that they are little bit hard to contact. They do cleaning once a month and I have to call or text them multiple times to confirm when they will come before I get response.

SP Services did a great clean of my 2 bedroom apartment after my wife and I moved out. Our landlord was thrilled with the state it was left in. The team was fast to respond, prompt, and fast!

From messages ...Service not done. Will not refund fee previously paid. Service booked November 16. I requested a schedule change on November 20 10 days later, on November 30, they answered you would send options . On December 6, still had not sent scheduling options, nor kept the original appointment. That day we finally rescheduled for Saturday the 9th, and I had completely wasted a day off bc you did not communicate. On the 8th, you cancelled that appointment and never get back to reschedule. Now on the Dec 20th you finally get back to me to reschedule AFTER the holiday party. NO THANK YOU. I will contact Angie list for my refund then....and be happy to include a lovely review

Very professional, very congenial, very accommodating, and excellent quality work.

I first hired Nubia and her team to clean my rental condo in Cambridge. She was responsive and did a great cleaning job. I then hired her for a deep cleaning of the new place where me and my family recently moved into. Not only they did a thorough cleaning job, they proactively helped organize stuff that was all over the floor. When I saw the post-clean house, I was really impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work. I'll continue hiring Nubia for ongoing cleaning services and highly recommend her and her team to others who are looking for reliable and professional cleaning staff.

First of all they are amazingly responsive. They replied to every text and email quickly. They were prompt in meeting for an estimate. They were thorough with the work. this was by far the best cleaning I have ever had. in would absolutely use them again for jobs big or small.

Nubia and crew were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She was incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive with all my questions. Scheduling was very simple and they really went the extra mile. For example, we had a last minute bathroom renovation going on which made it very hard to clean the entire apartment due to the demolition. She and her crew cleaned half the apartment on their first trip, and then offered to come back to clean the rest when the renovation was over so the cleaning could be done properly. Sure enough we called her post-renovation and she came back with the crew to finish the job! Absolutely fantastic. We found the services to be fantastic value for what we paid, and we will without a doubt be using her for our cleaning services in the future!

Nubia and her crew were amazing! They were pleasant, efficient and thorough. We are very satisfied. The hardwood floors look great. They were not able to strip the old vinyl tile in the kitchen but recommended someone who could.

I actually want to give them a A- or B+ for their cleaning job. The option is not available here. They made an effort to clean all the corners and hard to reach areas. However, the kitchen counter and stove is cleaned only superficially. I will give them an A if they pay closer attention to "heavy-traffic" areas.
