The only thing missing from making this 5 stars would have been some thoughtful suggestions on improving the project.

Repaired front yard damage

some difficulty in getting things scheduled. which we worked out. mr. lanigan was on-site Tuesday afternoon to show his foreman what needed to be done, and to collect the deposit. By wednesday afternoon, all the work had been completed, to my satisfaction. i am very happy!

Lanigan Enterprises has completed the repair and refinishing of our wooden floors. They did an excellent job. So good that we got them to completely gut a room at another location. They did a beautiful job. I am going to use them whenever I have a renovation job. They don't only do floors but the whole works, anything you want down around the house they will do. They also put up new screens on my sun room, fixed plumbing leaks, replaced a sump pump that was 10' down a well when the house was hit by lightening and the basement flooded. Tom Lanigan is the nicest contractor and his team are really nice too. They respect your property!

The company charged a reasonable price when compared to others. They came when they said they would and installed the gates as requested. The area was neat and clean when they left, and they provide a year guarantee on the workmanship.

Mr. Lanigan arrived first to review the work needed then his team came in and made the necessary repairs to my burst pipe and while he was there he also had them replace the trap under the kitchen sink and repair a kitchen drawer. His repairs were excellent and the price fair. I will recommend hiim to everyone I know. The work was done quickly and the team was friendly but polite. I will be calling him for all future work he can do on my home.
