The best company I could rate. They were very professional. They did everything they were gonna do. Great price. They made sure you were insured. Better company that I could imagine.

The whole experience was great! We had 2 trees trimmed, a river birch and Bradford pear. I was contacted about an hour before they came. The work was done in less than an hour, including clean up. I am very pleased. Joe and company are very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent experience - great price!

Went very well <br />

It took several phone calls to get ahold of someone to get the service scheduled.  I was told that they could chip the wood for me and leave some for mulch before the service date.  The day of service they did not bring the chipper.  The crew took a smoke break on my back patio where I had windows open.  They did remove the trees and shrubs as requested.   I asked them if there was anyway to still get some mulch from the trees.  I was told that they could bring some back to me in the next week.  They never came back and I couldn't get ahold of anyone again afterwards when I left several messages inquiring about the wood. <br />

I purchased a special of $175 for 3 cubic yards of mulch delivered and spread and asked them to trim some dead branches from a tree.  They arrived promptly and were courteous and professional.  One person spread the mulch while the other trimmed the tree.  I needed an additional cubic yard of mulch to finish the job.  They picked it up and spread it at a minimal additional cost. <br />

The job itself went okay.  However, they initially told me they took credit cards, and after months of waiting I realized they in fact did not, and my bill was still unpaid.

I was not very impressed.  They did not mulch under paver stones or clean up after themselves.  I would not use them in the future.

Spider came to my house.  He and I discussed work I wanted done on trees.  He provided an estimate of approximately $1200.  I mentioned the deal I purchased and he deducted $200.  He returned with a couple workers a few days later as agreed upon.  I was not present which was fine as I assumed he would do the work as agreed upon.  The result was incomplete shoddy unprofessional work. Trimming branches from over roof was completed but a couple one foot sections of branches were left on tree which looks bad.  Also I collect hostas, several of these were unnecessarily trampled and a rustic log planter was crushed. (I have pictures.)  The worst problems concern removing vines from trees.  They merely cut a section of root near the bottom of tree and then trimmed some greenery from the trees.  Several years earlier I had asked a local and nationally know master gardener about dealing with the vines in that manner because I could easily do that myself. He replied that the vines would not die from such a superficial treatment.  Well Spider provided that very superficial treatment. The last and perhaps most egregiously unprofessional treatment from Spider occurred when he did not return at least 3 phone calls at various intervals.  One immediate, another a week or 2 later (because I knew he was planning a Vegas trip), and again after maybe a month. 

The service went well and if was my first time using them. A crew of about 3 came out and completed the job in about 45 minutes to an hour. They did a thorough job and made sure everything met my approval before they left. They were great with the cleanup afterwards. The pricing was reasonable and I had no problem scheduling the service.

That service turned out okay. We had them trim some trees. They were on time and came when they said they would. They were efficient and they cleaned up all the work that they did.

It was an okay experience. They did the work when I wasn't at home. I wish they would've let me know when they were coming so I could've been here when they showed up.
