Vendor arrived on time and completed the requested services in a timely and professional manner. In checking my past services, vendor discovered he over-charged me for current service and adjusted his rate downward to correct price.

we called jeff at the last minute and he responded quickly and had our carpets looking like new. this is the 5th time we have used him and he is always amazing. he also cleaned the carpets in our new home. jeff is a terrific guy. he does an awesome job everytime. we would highly recommend him

Jeff was great to work with. The date for getting the job done was up in the air due to the move-in and closing date to the very end. Jeff was very flexible and got the job done with very little notice. He worked hard without stopping and the carpet looked great. I would definitely hire him again.

We had a great experience with Spiess Carpet Cleaning and are very pleased with the results. The carpet looks great! Owner Jeff is very personable and certainly went the extra mile to work with our schedule. He arrived promptly (even though he encountered some unexpected traffic delays) and finished when promised. We would definitely use his services again!

The carpets were trashed from heavy use...3 kids, big dog, cat, and ducks. The carpets looked almost new afterwords.

Great. I had said I wanted both sides of the duplex cleaned at once time. I got behind in my "move in" cleaning so I asked him to come back for the second side. He was very happy to do that. Also there were stains that he thought might come back so he told me to wait over a week so we could be sure the tenant's carpet didn't have any spots reappear. He came back and re-cleaned the spots that came up again. He also cleaned the second side. He is great to work with.

Overall, horrible! How this man has been in business so long is beyond me. In his first visit, he did clean the seat cushions, but he had to come back two more times to work on the urine and pet stains he couldn't get out the first time. It was getting him to come out the next few times where he wouldn't call when he said (I had to keep calling HIM, so much so I have his cell number memorized), either was 1 hour+ late or didn't show up at all, and every single time he had an excuse! Not professional, let me tell you, and he never once apologized. And mind you, this is the owner of the company! I honestly haven't had service this bad in a really, really long time. And the urine stains remain.

"My 33 years in this industry and 6 years on Angie's List, along with 6 Super Service Awards speak for itself! The customer called me because she couldn't find her past carpet cleaning person, now I know why! I worked my rear end off for her. She used "Spot Shot" on several cat poop stains and now I not only had to remove the stains but, remove all the SPOT SHOT she left in the carpet. I had to go back 3 times because of all the residue she left in carpet...oh yea, I GOT IT OUT!! Oh yea, I did not charge her an additional penny! She had a urination problem in her daughters bedroom. I not only busted my rear end again for her but...saved her over $150-$200 of additional charges that any other company would have charged her!!! This is the problem: She expected me to DROP all my other customers for her...and be at her beckon call when she wanted me there! I help people and will go out of my way to do anything for them because my customers are so important to me. But, I expect to be treat like a human being and with respect. Great - the carpets had not been cleaned for over 15 years and after 3 boys, and 3 dogs, it needed a thorough job. Jeff did what he said they were going to do -- get the carpets looking almost new again. We are very pleased with the service! Money well spent!

They are very nice and personable and do a fantastic job on the carpet and furniture, I have and will hire them again. The cost seemed a little high but I haven't had my carpets cleaned for ever so I had no idea what it cost now. That said you definitely get what you pay for, and I'll call them again next6 spring !!!

We've used them once. They never really got the pet stains out. I was able to with a, I eventually going to get product off the shelf. I was able to get the pet stains out myself after they haven't been here. I was disappointed they could not get the pet stains out. They should get all the stains out. They were punctual.

All my customers know my reputation regarding taking care of my customers.
