We foolishly undertook a massive remodel in 2021. Everything we did took twice as long and cost twice as much as we thought it would. There were VERY few exceptions. Splinters was one. Ron is amazing at what he does, he moves quickly, finds ways to accomplish your goals with creative strategies to keep costs down, and he's patient in working around crazy schedules and other trades.
