We called on Friday and they were able to come on Monday as we requested. It was a very pleasant experience from scheduling, arrival, work performed and payment. The cabinets, counters, floors, inside windows, and carpet were all done so that we were amazed at how bright things could look. The owner is very friendly and professional and made us feel comfortable leaving the cleaning for them to do. We have decided to continue with them for recurring cleaning.

I been sick, 2 surgeries and a couple weeks away from bringing in a new addition to the family, I have no strength to clean my home and needed services ASAP, my home was a tough job especially with the fact I have 2 children already. I met with Renata, did a walk through got a price set a day, when I came home after the services, my children had the biggest smiles on their faces, I was overly pleased, I wouldn’t recommend any company other than spotless kc!!!

Spotless KC was and is amazing! From the quote appointment through the first cleaning my wife and I were impressed. We hesitated getting a cleaning service for years and finally broke down as our lives have gotten too busy. Renata made us feel extrememly comfortable from the beginning. Her staff worked around our giant dog and three cats giving us a deep clean of our roughly 4500sq foot house (4 bed, 4 bath, finished basement, office, kitchen, and gym) all in roughly 4 hours! Which included light dusting, cleaning floors, bathrooms (I apologized ahead of time for my teenage son’s bathroom), cealing fans, and windows. That doesn’t even take into considerations little finishing details that were above and beyond; we came home to folded towels like we live in a hotel, and the coolest thing for me was folding the toilet paper into little roses...! Blew my mind, not sure how they did it all in the amount of time they did. Outstanding!!!

Two cleaners showed up on time. They systematically did a thorough cleaning of the house and worked around a handyman doing kitchen cabinets. I was very satisfied with their work.

they were half an hour late. talked on their cell phones constantly and tried to tell my husband that they were not going to clean the basement (this is when I stepped out) . I spoke to the worker on the phone and told her that we had discussed cleaning the basement area, I had walked them downstairs and even turned on the lights.

I was very disappointed to hear of your experience during your three hours cleaning session. Whilst An apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience in this occasion, I do extend it with all my sincerity. As I mentioned on the phone, we had an unexpected delay in the morning we were very sorry to be a few minutes late. The three short length calls the ladies received while performing the cleaning were came from our CEO as an attempt to insure quality. Second, I apologize as Jessyca and Lee do not speak fluent English and they were only trying to say they had not yet cleaned the basement but we were soon going to clean it since we still had over an hour remaining. I apologize for any inconvenience language and timing my have cause. We tried to make up a little for our delay as the ladies were on site for an extra 15 minutes to finish everything and make sure you and your home was ready for the holiday. Thank you for taking the time advice us on your recent cleaning experience. It is only through feedback such as your that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that were provided to our valued customers."

They did an amazing job and our house looks fantastic. Our guests are afraid to use the toilet paper because they don't want to ruin the beautiful rose fold that Spotless left behind! We are so happy with the service absolutely plan to hire them again.
