Shante was so thorough even from our very first interaction. She was sure to detail all of their services and costs through email before I even booked. After a brief call to confirm exactly what I was looking for, she worked hard to find a time and date that worked best for my family. On cleaning day, she arrived EARLY and did a magnificent job. There was no baseboard, blind, cabinet, nor window left untouched. She discusses cleaning products used and any preferences or allergies ahead of time. Shante goes above and beyond and I have continued to book with her each month. She is easy to work with and we always discuss any problem areas or where more attention should be focused with each cleaning. Great team to work with!

Spotlight never lets us down ! We occupy a very large very old commercial building that had not seen a professional cleaning in decades . Shante and her crew came in and performed miracles ! So much so that I have them in a bi - weekly schedule.
