"Hi Julie, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. After seeing your review, I personally went to inspect the job that same day. Since then, we have made several attempts to contact you by phone and text, but unfortunately, we have not received any response. We also have not received any previous calls or emails regarding this issue before the review was posted. We understand your concerns about the insulation thickness. With spray foam applications, there can occasionally be areas that are slightly lower or higher than others. If there are any areas that need additional foam, we are more than happy to fix that. Our goal is always to deliver quality work and ensure our customers are satisfied. We discussed several options to resolve this matter, but we have not heard back from you.
