SpringRock Gutters

I contracted with Springrock Gutters on Aug 28, 2023 to install gutter guards. On the first install date (Oct 20) I received a call that we would need to reschedule, which we did for Nov 3. Nov 3 came and went with no word and no install, I called on Nov 6 and we rescheduled for Nov. 17. Again, no contact from Springrock and no install. Repeated voice messages and 2 emails have gone unanswered. This company seems to have entirely disappeared (and are still holding my deposit) with no services performed.

Springrock was great! Quality seemed really good, but price wasn't really higher than other places. Everything went well; just a couple of minor issues: They installed a "super capacity" downspout in one place, which I agreed to and works well, but I don't think I realized it's kind of a non-standard size (4x5in, I think?). So it's hard to use flexible downspout extensions you just buy in hardware stores, since they're normally just for 2x3 or 3x4. Also, I couldn't be home the day they did the install (I agreed to be bumped up due to an opening in the schedule), and they installed a downspout not quite where I was expecting. But that's kind of because I wasn't there to be specific about where I expected it to be. (Note for pricing: this project was done in 2018, before prices got crazy from covid)

From the cost estimate to the completion of our project, SpringRock provided great service. Allen was able to get the project scheduled and completed a week earlier than planned and Jessie did a great job installing the gutters. I wish all projects ran this smoothly.

The west side gutter came down during a heavy snow storm. I had a few estimates and Springrock Gutters got the contract. Ryan worked with us all the way through the process, very professional without being over bearing. Javier and his partner came out and installed new gutters on both side of our house in a relatively short time. The cost was fine. I used Springrock gutters to install gutter shields and to do some gutter repairs. They were a pleasure to work with. Jason was great at answering any questions and providing any documentation I was looking for in an extremely timely manner. The workers showed up on time and were very efficient at their work. They also wwere very pleasant and were patient with any questions that I had. I am very satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to call on them again.

They came out and had it done within 4 hours. The install looks very professional and they fixed the downspout issue we had on our house. Pleased with the outcome.

Great Team! all around

We own an older home. The entire gutter system had been replaced over two decades ago and sections of the system were no longer angled correctly allowing water to overflow in heavy rains. There also were some poorly thought out segments. The gutter system had two long stretches on two sides of the house. One an unattractive vertical stretch which was located close to a walkway and the other was a cumbersome set of interconnected, angled gutter sections. Most importantly, not all of the gutter runs had to be replaced, so we were looking for a company which would tailor a repair/replacement project. We were also considering installing gutter guards to eliminate the need for annual cleaning especially since we have spruce trees lining the house. One of the contractors we considered was Springrock due to their number of highly rated reviews. Springrock’s representative visited our home surveying the existing gutter system and listened intently to our concerns and the solutions we were hoping to find. He offered suggestions on how to reroute the troublesome runs which would eliminate the unsightly gutters and provide a much more efficient flow of water away from the house. He also designed gutter replacements for the four sections of gutters which were out of balance and damaged. A team came by to measure the angles of the system which were unique to our home and would allow Springrock to make ahead of time. The work by the three-man Springrock Team was expertly completed using well constructed materials. The replacement runs were perfectly fitted to the existing system. The two runs which replaced the unsightly ones blended right into the sides of the house and became invisible components. The Springrock Team worked feverishly through the afternoon into the evening hours and returned two days later to complete the project. Springrock gave us a replacement gutter system and gutter guards which were well designed, perfectly balanced, and attractive additions to our home. So very pleased we decided to choose Springrock as our contractor for this project.

SpringRock is amazing from start to finish. Everyone from the office folks, to the salespeople, to the installers were wonderful. Very professional and also nice. The installers cleaned up the site beautifully and even helped make special hooks for our Christmas lights! We would definitely recommend them!

They were great didn't take long and priced well too! When it rained I walked around the house could not find any leaks great job!

This is the second time I have had Springrock out to do work. They are friendly and efficient. They actually go above and beyond, they fixed an already existing gutter cover for me, even tho they had not installed it. I really appreciated that. They also took pics for me of the work they had done, and texted me the photos. Thank you for that!!

Zeke salesperson was an educator, not a salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and carefully analyzed our concerns and requirements. We appreciated his advice and lack of a sales pitch. He presented the case for SpringRock; it was up to us to make up our minds to hire the company. Installation was speedly, neat, and painless. The crew were knowledgeable and efficient. Who could ask for more??? We are totally satisfied. We can't wait for rain in Northern Illinois so we can see the proof of the great worksmanship for ourselves.

Great. The new tops and cables were installed in a day with cleanup.

First part was completed by a sub contractor. Excellent work. Second part(gutters) done by Springrock crew. Excellent!

Springrock installed new gutters on my two-story house. Two separate teams came on sequential days to do the job and both teams were terrific. The gutters were top quality, were installed perfectly and looked and functioned great (and just in time as within 20 minutes of completion there was a major rainstorm!)...the price was very affordable, the process to purchase was easy and they provided follow up to make sure we were happy with the service. The teams took time to explain what they were doing and why and were happy to provide some custom adjustments...they arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up perfectly before they left. I am so pleased with this company that I have already recommended them to family, who have also contracted with them for a project.

Joel and his team did a great job. They were very courteous and respectful of myself, my wife and our property. They explained every step of the way with as much information as I wanted. They even worked through a rain storm to put them in. From the sales call to the install I don't know how it could have gone better. The cleanup was fantastic, I could not find one screw or piece of metal in my grass or landscaping. I had Zero work to do after they were done. Great job guys!

The Springrock Gutters team was very communicative. We received an excellent, professional estimate. There were a few snags in timing that no one could have accounted for, but ultimately the project was complete in a professional and timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
