Good customer service and good flexibility.

They did a great job. Removed old rusted steel downspouts and replaced with new aluminum ones. They actually did the job while it was raining.

It went great. Jake the sale rep came out and gave me a quote. I put down a deposit. 2 men then came out and installed the gutters. They cleaned up there mess and took all garbage with them. I would highly recommend.

The sales rep was very professional. He came up with a great plan for downspouts that were close to the house color and white around the top. The installation went very well and the work was high quality. The customer service was also fantastic!

My father started building my house in 1959. The roof was designed as a roll-top. For the next ten years, he slowly added more to the structure. Although smart, creative, driven, and handy with tools, design was not his strong suit. The house has several hodge-podge structures connected to each other, made of different materials, several weird angles, and odd gutter alignments. When looking for a rain gutter contractor, I requested several bids. However, no one was willing to take on the task, except for SpringRock. Taking on my house as a challenge, Andrew Lee, Territory Manager for SpringRock worked-up a plan. Then, hired Armadas Exterior to install the gutters. Needless to say, it was a difficult job. Both SpringRock, and Armadas accomplished the task with efficiency, and professionalism. I highly recommend both SpringRock, and Armadas Exterior.

Andrew the Sales Consultant `was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with him for a proper solution to our issues with clogged gutters. His quote was reasonable. Then, we initiated the work order on the spot. The installation crew was very efficient. Hauled away the old scrap gutters with no mess left behind. Manager Steve Masters of the Tigard, Oregon shop followed up with a call to see if we liked the new set of gutters. And, was there anything he could do for us. We are very satisfied with his companies work from start to finish.
