Things started out great. Scott is amazing. So thorough, so friendly, truly great. But after the first few visits, service declined. Our pool was left on drain and we lost over a ft of water and we were blamed for our equipment being wrong. His guys moved items of our personal property and didn't put them back upon completion and they got destroyed... We were blamed. Pool wasn't being fully cleaned, entire sections untouched, and when I tried asking for more thoroughness, we were blamed for failing to maintain equipment and called names and had our service cancelled. We cleaned the filters when recommended, we replaced parts as recommended, but try to get clarity on why you'd need to spend hundreds or thousand on parts that just passed their inspection recently and suddenly you're a problem. Aaron was so disproportionately aggressive and is not open to conversation. He wants absolute obedience to anything he wants you to buy, no questions asked, or he attacks your character.

We simply wanted to cancel her services for failure to pay her bills and maintain her equipment. 10 minutes later, we are getting called names, threatened with defamation, and receiving negative comments on all platforms, only from her. Jordan [Consumer Name Removed] is a bully and becomes unbearable when she hears the truth. Any rational human can see through her long-winded rant. If you treat us with respect, you get respect back."

We had used the same pool company for 20 years, but the owner retired and sold the business. We were not happy with the service we were getting from the new owners and after looking at reviews of area pool companies, we decided to go with Spring Woodlands Pools. The new crew pointed out several things that were not being maintained correctly by the previous company and they did an amazing job. Later in the day, I received an email with my weekly report showing my current chemical levels, notes on what was completed, what needed to be done during the next visits and pictures of the pool and baskets after it was cleaned. Truly next level attention to detail. So far, I am 100% impressed!

Very responsive to my need of having my pool cleaned after the hurricane. Was honest about the fact it might be a day or two. He happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house in 5 minutes. Done with the job within an hour, fee charged was very reasonable. Would hire him again and refer to my friends.
