We had such a great experience with this team remodeling our front yard. From the beginning, he really understood the vision I had and brought it to life even better than I imagined. The entire crew was professional and kept the work area clean throughout the whole landscaping process, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was also very fair and affordable, especially considering the quality of the work they delivered. Once the project was completed, they even had someone come out and pressure wash the entire front yard so everything looked spotless and finished. That extra touch meant a lot. I also mentioned that I needed a painter for another project, and he recommended someone who ended up doing an amazing job as well. It’s clear he works with quality people and really cares about the final result. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone reliable, affordable, and who truly takes pride in their work.

Do not lose your money. It is the worst contractor ever. I don’t know how this person can call himself a licensed contractor. We made a contract, 10% to book my yard work. On the first day, I had to pay 50% and on the last day the remaining 30%, I did pay it as we agreed. The day when he was supposed to start working, he didn’t, he showed up until the next day, he texted me with an excuse. The day he started, he asked me to pay him 50%, I did it, but after that, he didn’t show up until I called and texted him several times, 3 weeks later when he sent two workers, they weren’t doing the right thing and when I told them that, they stop working and leave. Again I had to call and send him several messages to come back and continue with the work. He asked me to pay in full before he finished the job, I said no you have to finish first. It was the same story until he finally finished the work, more than 3 months later, he said he would complete the work in 3 weeks, instead, it took him more than 3 months. He had to redo part of the cement since the door didn’t open and his workers did not close a sprinkler under the cement. After he finished the work, I started having problems with the irrigation system, his workers came back 3 times to fix it and they didn’t do it, I had to tell Alvaro how to fix it. Then the lightning system he installed didn’t work, it made my garage electricity turn off and all the food I had in a big freezer spoiled. I still have problems with the irrigation system, I have to replace most of the flowers since they dry out right away, and part of the cement is cracked. I asked him to give me back part of my money to hire someone professional who can fix what he didn’t know how to do, he said yes but he always gave excuses such as, he doesn’t have money, he has to go to school with his kids, his dog died, and the last one, his wife died, between other excuses.

Job went ok. Everything worked fine until it didnt. The front system stopped working. I had a broken drip after 1 week! Not sure if i would hire him again. And he has no sense of time. He showed up late on the job by 1 hour. And promised to come by at 7.15a to fix my brand new system. Didnt text to say he wasnt coming. I had to ask at 7.45a Where are you? Very poor communication and shows no integrity.

Al turned our horrendous, barren backyard into a gorgeous, inviting space that we actually LOVE spending time in! We had every weed you can imagine growing back there and it was a huge chore to just keep it under control. Al gave us exactly what we needed. We had a plan drawn up of what we wanted. Our plan, combined with Al's expert advice and experience, resulted in the absolute perfect space for us and exceeded our expectations! We've been enjoying it now for 9 months, and looks just as good today as it did then. If you want the yard of your dreams, definitely give Al a call... you won't regret it!

We are very impressed with Al and Sprinkler 911. He promptly responds to calls and arrives for work on time. His quotes are accurate and we didn’t receive any surprises. He listened to our ideas, and he took the time to develop a plan with us. We never felt like he was trying to push his own ideas or to make it a bigger job. We are very happy with the quality of his work and attention to detail. We had him place completely new irrigation in a 1 acre backyard area, remove trees, move rocks, place new topsoil, and prepare the soil for seeding. He finished on time and in budget. His prices are comparable to other contractors. That being said, we feel we got a great value because it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Al and Sprinkler 911. We will be having him do more work for us in the future.

He was 3 hours late as soon as he got here he work 15 minutes then took off for 45 minutes then came back and talked on the cell phone half the time after 2 hours and 50 minutes he said it was done terrible quality work said he was license he is not license

Redid the backyard, verified the sprinklers and did esthetics in the front with rock and bender board around the lawn. Looks fantastic!

I contacted Sprinkler 911 for him to come out as it was an emergency to me. However, Sprinkler 911 was not able to come out and assist but he did however, face time with me and walk me thru what needed to be done. His step by step instructions were clear and consice. I was able to fix my sprinkler issue with ease because of his knowledge, professionalism, and instructions.

Well. Was on time or called if running late. Always returned my call.

Results--In one word: Excellent. From the beginning, Al discuss options and provided a professional quote where payment was made when job was complete, with the exception of material--I paid for it up front. Price was fair and reasonable. I would recommend Al to anyone looking for a professional business man with a focus on quality work. What I appreciated most was the following: 1) He arrived earlier than stated and worked a full day/week; 2) He presented and recommended appropriate solutions to encountered obstacles in a professional and caring manner; 3) He emphasized quality work during the job even if it meant redoing work--in my case, he switched drainage material from flex to PVC pipe because the hardpan soil was negatively impacting the movement of water; and 4) He conducted walkthroughs and training when the job was completed. I really enjoyed watching him work and work through issues--He is such a hard worker, extremely diligent in his efforts, and excellent problem solver--his analytical skills and judgment were just refreshing.

Finally finished with the sprinklers, and all the leaks seem to be fixed. <br>

Al Nava was very prompt getting back to me and worked me into his schedule to get out to my house within 24 hrs. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and seeing. He was very good at diagnosing the program and did not automatically go to the most expensive possible cause and instead tried to be as economical as possible. I was impressed that he even called a few days later to make sure everything was still working well. I found him very honest, reliable and skilled at irrigation and would definitely use him again.

I called and left a message with Al at about 10 am. He called back in about a half an hour and then he and a colleague arrived at at my house about 1 pm. Wow! <br /> They completed the work in a couple of hours. Job well done!!! <br /> I would definitely use him again. <br />

Al notified me that the break was at the water main and the pipe was galvanized iron and he could not make the repair. I contacted another company to locate the leak and they discovered that the pipe was pvc, not iron pipe. I do not appreciate being lied to.  If he did not want to do the work, he should have just said so. <br />
