Sam was wonderful called me up and got here within a half hour like he said turned on my sprinkler system and when I need them again I would like Sam to come out again what a nice sweet bubbly personality he has wish we had more Sam’s out there.

Sam Hannah did not keep his contract with me. When I paid him (big mistake!), he promised in writing, to return and haul away the branches that he had trimmed from my tree. I haven't seen him since. When I called him several times to remind him of his promise, he promised again to pick up the branches "this week", and then "in a couple of days", but he never did it. Based on my experience, Sam Hannah's promises, written or oral, are worthless and he knows no shame!

Sam gave us an estimate and a week or so later the crew came. Removed the wood chips and tree roots. Placed new topsoil and placed sod. Great job. Work area was kept clean. Crew respectful about where they had parked their cars, trucks and work equipment. Can't say enough about this company.
