For one- I would rate them negative if possible but here is my story- DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I AM WARNING YOU! I have never had such a nightmare of a situation with a company as I have had with these people. I was moving into a new home and needed the house deep cleaned along with the rugs cleaned as this house was not fit to move into, especially with during this covid epidemic and because I also have my 12 year old son I need to protect along with myself and my very sick mother. I hired this company and I was assured that they would get everything done for a hefty price of $450, which I was willing to pay. We had set up a time for them to arrive and when they left, they told me that everything had been deep cleaned along with sanitized (I had to pay ANOTHER fee just for the sanitation). When I went into the house the following day, I was absolutely mind blown at the horror show I walked into. Not only was my house not cleaned, it was not sanitized, nor did it look any different from how it was before being hired. I immediately called the company and explained that nothing had been done as I was promised (not even the windows, there were still spider webs!) and in fact, they even left on lights and left all the windows opened when I specifically asked them for the opposite. When I was on the phone with the woman, I was so furious at how she spoke to me and when I expressed my frustrations to her, she finally agreed to have different cleaners come in and reclean the house as was expected previously. When the new cleaners got to the house, they called me and asked what areas needed to be redone! I was so disgusted at this point I called the supervisor back and she was so disrespectful to me and extremely dismissive. She then called her cleaners and they went back and forth on what to clean. I ended up asking for a refund because I had no desire to be treated so barbarously and she then screamed in my ear and told me I would not get a refund and she could not do anything else for me, THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND BLOCKED ME! I then called my credit card company to have the charges dismissed and filed a report. As a couple weeks went by I was still waiting for word that the charges had been taken off my card, BUT NO! In fact, I got a letter in the mail from my credit card company that stated that the cleaners sent them in paperwork along with photographs of my house to prove that they did their job. Not only were they lying about the job, but THE PICTURES WERE OF A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HOUSE! They are the biggest liars I have ever met in my life and I am warning everyone NOT TO TRUST THEM WITH A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY, let alone a second of your time as you too will be victims of their ways. I feel used and violated and cheated out and I wanted to spread the word so no one else would ever have to go through this nightmare with these disgusting inhumane people, they should be shut down as I am positive that I am not the only victim of their crimes. I almost never post reviews but I think this really needed to be said so other people are not lied to.

I paid for a deep cleaning and they barely did half the windows, missed one toilet entirely, missed many windows, many sills, many baseboards, many cobwebs and will not return my calls and hang up on me if I do get a person on the phone.

The job was not done satisfactorily. I've contacted the owner Brittany and she has not returned my call to have the crew come back and complete the job. The stove, appliances, carpets, windows, and cabinets were still very dirty. I paid $450 and I'm very upset that the work was not done.

Loved the workers Billy and Janine, very professional, hard working, stayed as long as it took to finish the job! However booking staff need to make sure they understand The size of the job and can give an accurate time frame for completion. Took longer than expected but job was completed To my satisfaction!

I did not receive a quality job. They were unable to clean my carpet with their equipment. it was a basic carpet cleaner.

They did an unbelievable job. They cleaned and restored a bedroom rug that a bathtub that I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommend.

Thorough and appropriate social distancing

I had explained exactly what I wanted, full deep cleaning service, and was quoted a price of 300. for 6 hours, 2 people. They showed up 2 hours late and told me besides vacuuming and spot cleaning, bath cleaning, and a bit of kitchen cleaning, there were extra charges. Even in vacuuming, they did not move a thing just worked around the minimal things I have on the floor. They did not dust or do what I asked at the minimum. They both took an approx 45 min breaks and left after 3 hours thinking they had finished. As I am not able to do these things at this time, I was terribly disappointed, I do not recommend unless you just need a quick clean, I did not have the energy to argue with them about what I had contracted and what I actually received.
