For the first time ever, we now have a roof that does NOT leak, after preparation, priming and a roll-on treatment of a sealant over a three day period by SPU. Steve and crew were hard working, polite professionals and we would highly recommend them. Communication was good and the job was completed expeditiously. We would not hesitiate to hire them again!

I highly recommend SPU. We used them for roofing. The owner is great to work with, he always answered my phone call when I called and showed up when he said he would show up. He came out to do a quote on Wednesday, materials were delivered that Friday and the roof was done by that Sunday afternoon. The crew was very respectable, they did a great job cleaning up after the job, there was not a piece of garbage or a nail to be found anywhere.

Our condo building was having roof leaks and Steve Case came out in Dec 2017 and gave us an estimate for a silcone roof. I was also getting quotes from 2 other companies. Due to the extremely cold weather and personal (on my part) scheduling conflicts, SPU did the work in mid-May. The guys (especially Greg) were very professional and punctual. Steve was very accommodating the whole time. The roof looks great and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend SPU!

Steve was wonderful and easy to work with. They were able to meet our schedule and provide all the answers and support we needed to install our new roof. We are new homeowners and knew this day was going to come. Sadly, it came earlier than expected but SPU made the experience easy and calming. They were able to complete the entire roof in one day!! They left the yard pretty clean and didn't damage any of my property. Since they have installed we have had two storms and so far so good!! Happy with the product even though its not something that you get to use/enjoy like a new car.

Outstanding from start to finish! SPU Roofing was one of three roofing contractors I contacted to replace the roof on our approximately 2400 sq. ft. home. Steve Case/ SPU Roofing returned my initial phone call promptly and provided an estimate via satellite technology. He then scheduled a convenient time to come to our home to inspect the roof and provide more information on what all that was needed on our roof He arrived at the scheduled time and began with a thorough inspection of the roof and skylights. He took the time to explain the condition of the roof and suggested options for both roof and skylights. He also took the time to answer all our additional questions and told us to call him if we had any other questions. Steve and his team were prompt, professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire job. They worked diligently and quickly. They took extra precautions to ensure all the debris was disposed of properly and the job site was meticulously maintained. The entire experience was positive and hassle free. Great Job! Our roof looks awesome. Steve was very easy to work with. He was responsive to all my questions and great at following-up.

The installers came on time. They were very professional and clean. They had to get access to the roof through our choir loft and brought all materials and removed debris through a carpeted area without leaving a mark or any sign that work had been done. The work that was done is very clean and neat. All of the seams in the duct work were sealed. The leaks are all gone! We have had multiple rains and freezing and warm weather and no sign of leakage. Extremely pleased. The price was very reasonable compared to what we had paid previously for work that did not stop the leaks.

Called company after a hail storm. They came out and inspected roof. The person that came out, Steve Case, was very helpful and was able to meet with my insurance adjuster The work was done in a very professional manner. All the landscaping bushes were protected from debri. I would highly recommend SPU Riofing for any of your roofing concerns.

Steve came by and inspected the hole in the roof the same day I called him. He patched it the next day. A couple of weeks later after dealing with the insurance company he and his guys replaced my roof in a single day. It looks great, and was done so quickly I couldn't believe it. Top notch work and responsiveness from Steve from the get go as well. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The difficulty with these types of leaks is that it is often difficult to find the root cause (is it roofing? mortar? flashing?). Steve's crew kept coming out until our leak was finally, fully fixed. He did the work about 4 months ago, and we've now been dry through several storms. He was responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

SPU GC & Roofing did an excellent job. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He explained the process in full detail. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. In addition to the replacing the roof he installed solatube (skylights). This helped lighten the house. His crew was very professional and meticulous. The roof looks great. My parents loved the work and they too hired SPU to replace their roof. We continue to recommend SPU to family and friends.

Called Steve early this morning because we had water coming into the house from our ceiling. Left a message because it was early but he called back right at 8am. I explained the situation and he said he would come take a look the same afternoon and made it a point to say that he wanted to get there before any more rain started coming through. Arrived promptly at noon. Steve was very professional and friendly and made us feel at ease. He worked quickly, found and fixed the issue all within a matter of 20 minutes. Steve was incredibly generous with pricing. I was happy to find out that SPC offers a multitude of services, because service / care like this makes them deserving to be my first call for any project. Highly recommended.
