Johnathan helped me with painting my apartment in New York. I'd say he handled the entire process in a very professional manner. We started from an estimated quote by a few pictures and some verbal descriptions, and he did mention the quote is conditional since he was unsure the actual condition from the picture. Then we met in my apartment ( and he is very punctual), unlike some other contractor I used who always exaggerate the problem and charge more from here, he told me nothing severe and the quote remain the same. The actual work is also done perfectly. He asked all the requirement and then executed precisely, and equally importantly, on time! There is no such "surprise" which is some quality I don't usually see from other contractors, especially during the COVID-19 time which complicates things in so many ways

Jonathan is a great guy. Fix water damaged ceilings and they look great. Bent over backwards for me and dealt with a real demanding tenant concerning hours, cleanliness, etc. Will be requesting his services again.

Used Jonathan to demo and redo my basement. He did an amazing job!!! My basement was old and outdated with wood panels and no floors. Jonathan replaced 3 new doors with new frames, installed new drywall all around, restored my ceiling. Jonathan is reliable and does his work with much pride and perfection. I highly recommend him. I can finally enjoy going down to my basement. Thanks to Jonathan and Square Foot Home Improvement!

I dealt with Jonathan. He gave me a really good price and help me out picking up colors. Everything was great, edges was neat, and it was rally great done. It came out really nice, quick service, and I highly recommend them.

Jonathan is super reliable. I called him at 10am and he was able to assist me the same day. I was moving out of my apartment and I had to repair some damages to a stairwell, paint and more. He communicated with me the entire time he was working. And was very punctual. I also hired him when I moved into my new apartment as well.
