John was great! Arrived on time and did a "squeaky clean" window washing. They were really dirty and he got them clean, clean, clean. I hope my girlfriend will use him on her home as well. Highly recommend him.

Jaime was quick when we asked for a quote and gave us a super price. He was so outgoing and nice that we decided to go with Squeaky Clean for the first window cleaning in our new house, which it *desperately* needed. The employee that cleaned the windows was prompt, courteous and very detailed, which I appreciated. The windows look absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier. We look forward to getting on an annual cleaning schedule and working with Jaime again. Thank you!

Our home has a lot of windows and many are on the upper level. The team was equipped with huge, adjustable ladders and were quite adept at getting to the hard-to-reach panes. They don't just spray the windows and let them drip, they hand wash. And everyone is very friendly and helpful.

They came as scheduled. I had to ask them to redo several windows that same day as I noticed they missed several marks/smudges. Sometimes they commented that they thought marks were part of the glass, but then after rework it proved otherwise. I requested they reconsider their "over the phone estimate" as we don't have many windows (3 sides of basement, the "second story", have no windows, and north side of main level has only two small bathroom windows) but they said they could only reduce the price from $375 to $325. This for 2 people and less than 2 hours of cleaning time. Then after they left, I noticed about 5 windows that still had marks. I called them that same day and left a message. I called them again the next day at about 6pm and caught them in their office; they said they would come back out to correct the problem within a week, but never showed. I called them once a week (and left a message) for each of the following 3 weeks, but they never returned my calls. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed.

We apologize for the lack of communication; this is not our normal customer service and regret this happened. We want to build long-lasting customer relationships and build trust in our community. We hope we were able to repair our first impression with you, so we can build a relationship that you can trust. As for our phone estimates, we always state that we will give an exact price once we arrive. This was a construction clean and the amount of work can vary greatly, so we did originally quote $375 over the phone. Once we arrived and were able to do an on-site estimate and we lowered the price to $290 (which is what we were paid). We prefer to do on-site estimates, but unfortunately our time does not always allow and we want to serve our customers as quickly as possible. We truly hope that you are happy with your windows and our service."

<p>Squeaky Clean is an exemplary small family company who have been providing window washing service for years. They do a great job at a very reasonable price. We live in a patio home community with about 25 homes and since the word got out about Squeaky Clean, I think everybody here uses them to clean their windows. When we schedule Josh to come up, we let all the neighbors know and it always ends up with him being here 2-3 days doing all the homes.</p> <p>We would definitely recommend his company to anyone.</p>
