Despite Latino name, no worries about understanding English spoken by Eddie or his wife. Eddie did the estimate and then did the work with his wife, rather than send someone I'd never met, which I think is good. Price was fair and work done well (cleaning windows (which needs to be added to Home Adviser project list...first time done in a few years).
