Overall it went well. They arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. The gutters are now clean and the windows mostly clean. I say "mostly" as the process they use involves cleaning them with a brush on a long pole that has builtin water jets. They claim the water they use is purified, and certainly I saw a filter in line with the hose pipe. This process gets all the dirt off the window but does leave some water spots behind. It is certainly a cheap way to clean the windows but doesn't give perfect results (but then, I've yet to see perfect results from any window washer).

There were many things I liked about Squeaky Clean: Derreck (part-owner) was especially skilled in all things customer service. He knew I had phoned three times before anyone ever answered and offered a discount right off the top. I loved the emails and texts confirming our appointment and letting me know that the crew was on it's way. However, Derreck's crew showed up 5-1/2 hours late! <br> <br>That being said, the work (which was quite extensive), was completed over the course of two days and was done expertly! <br>

We made every attempt to make sure you had professional services performed at your property, even talking to you on October 7th about using the coupon for window cleaning or simply paying the small difference wasn't an option for you at the time and we get that. They were not good. They were supposed to come between 9 and 11 and they showed up at 1:30. Then, they left the water running outside. So, it ran for like twelve hours. I was not happy with that. I paid more than the $99 Big Deal. I paid like $212 because I have more linear square-footage of gutter.

They were very nice and courteous. They did a great job on the windows. Derik emailed or texted to make sure everything was good for scheduling then to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely use Squeaky Kleen again! <br />

Great. We had a few starts and stops but once we got connected, the work got connected. They did have to delay due to vehicle issue but let me know as soon as they learned the day before so I didn't have to wait to find out they couldn't make it to the first appointment. <br />

Cleaned windows outside with soft water high pressure hose and a windows inside with sponge cloth and squeegee. One man cleaned widows outside and another cleaned windows inside. They were very efficient and finished in one and a half hours. <br />
