Wonderful reliable service. Contacted me the day I made an inquiry on Angie’s List. Serviceman (Steve) was on time and quickly accessed the problem. Made an opening in our garage ceiling to install the insulation. Scheduled the work and employees were on time and performed the work quickly. Would use again and look forward to have them come back in the fall to install energy efficient windows. Jan Ezell is the owner and is a delight to work with. How lucky she is to have such good professional reliable employees

We had replacement windows in Tulsa. The weather has extremes and the hvac system would struggle, the house was drafty and not comfortable. After replacing the windows, our utility bills are lower and the house stays a nice constant even with 103 degree temperatures outside. We highly recommend SRI-energy.com

Quality work done accurately, quickly, professionally!

I cannot fathom how they managed to get all these great reviews. They are TERRIBLE. Both customer service and quality of their work. We purchased an older home and contracted SRI to help us make the home more energy efficient. The people were initially nice, but the “upgrades” could NOT have gone worse. I have honestly never had a customer service or repair experience go so, so wrong. Our home was worse after they “fixed” things, and we had to pay for that privilege. - We installed new windows. They measured wrong. Tried to cover it up and pretend there wasn’t a GIANT gap around the window – even after my husband pointed it out. - Then they measured the windows wrong AGAIN. This time, they damaged our original woodwork trying to slam in windows that didn’t fit – despite the fact that I pointed out the damage when it would have been fixable. Again, they just carried on the poor work. - They installed caps over our recessed lights to allow insulating around them. This was NOT permitted by the type of light. Obviously, the electrician they subcontracted was not qualified as he did not install the caps according to code. It caused a fire hazard, and caused several lights to malfunction. Then in the process of replacing the lights they essentially broke – they damaged the drywall on our ceiling. Chunks are now hanging around several recessed light fixture. Every problem they “fixed” caused another problem or 2. Eventually we realized that they were incapable of doing decent quality work and just cut our losses. Our ceiling is a mess and we’re out 2 grand. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

We were very pleased with SRI-Energy. They met and exceeded our expectations. All personnel members were professional, knowledgeable, accomadating, polite, honest and very thorough in their work. They explained in detail their process so we could understand what each step would entail. They completed the job in a timely fashion. Their areas of work were left very clean. Before they did the work, we had to keep the upstairs thermostate on 60 degrees just to keep the rooms at 80 degrees. After the insulation was added and the house was sealed, we have to keep the thermostate on 78 degrees or it will freeze us out. The added insulation and sealing of the house has also blocked out the outside noises making the house very quiet. We are very pleased with the work SRI-Energy did. We would highly recommend them to anyone if you truly want your home to be more energy efficient.

Better than expected! Ended up replacing all windows, looks so much better, quieter in house! French doors that we didn't use were replaced with nice picture windows. Our heat and air bills will tell over time about insulation and sealing of units. Can already feel less west sun heat coming through windows.
