They did a great job my project was not the norm they needed to install extra fascia to complete the job.SRS provide the facia and I painted prior to it being installed. there sub contractor who installed fascia & gutters were great. SRS project manager MO was very attentive to to my concerns about project and answered all my questions and took care of the process. would hire them again pricing was very fair. Thank you

They examined the whole roof from the attic and found the causes of 2 leaks. Other people just looked at the vent hole and caulked it up - which didn't fix the problem.

Generally am happy with the work, but they told us that they needed to repair a few roof shingles but they never contacted us or came back to complete the work.

It was very good. One person came to complete the work. It didn't take longer than 2 hours. The area was left clean. Their communication stood out well. They explained what they were doing and what they found.

Great. They responded right away, were very professional and knew what they were doing. It was nice to have someone who obviously knew his craft audit our roof situation. He also made minor repairs and added caulking. I will definitely call SRS again.

went well. fixed a few minor issues. For a nominal cost, I was able to get them to replace and install a downspout on my garage gutters as metal scrapers had relieved me of my previous one.

It went very well. My serviceman, Mo, really knew his job and was very meticulous in his workmanship. I couldn't have asked for a better result. I wouldn't hesitate to use SRS Exteriors again or recommend them to a friend.

The SRS workers were meticulous and did an excellent job cleaning our gutters. They also made sure everything on the ground was cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Not good. Bad communication and most of all a waste of time.

The person came much earlier than the appointment time; therefore, I was not able to be there to talk to him, (1) He found an issue (not enough nails) in a section of guttering. He was supposed to ask his boss if fixing those areas was covered and get back to us. We never heard back. (2) My wife showed him an area where he had missed the popped-out nails. He took care of them. (3) Another area of popped-out nails was missed. I wish I had been there to show him these as well, or would have been great if he had seen them on his own.

Good. Although I had to send reminder emails. Was informed that this was the first time this company had listed in Angies List. Would hire company again for siding.

We hired SRS Exteriors (Andrew and Moe) to do 8 window wraps for us. When they took the old trim off, the wood was all rotted around the windows and as Moe pulled the siding off he noticed all the wood was rotted under the siding also. They had to replace all the trim and sheathing and then reside, They kept us informed of all the issues that were unknown at the start of the project. And were very fair with the cost. What was suppose to be a simply project turned out to be a bigger job then we all expected but Andrew and Moe made time to make our repairs, they even worked 8 hours on Thanksgiving day to ensure that our home would be done and secure for the winter. They are true craftsmen and are dedicated professionals who look out for the best interest of the homeowner, All of the workers were very respectful and always showed up at the time they told us they would be there. They worked late hours to get the job done and left the work area spotless. During the job there were a couple days of heavy rain and winds Moe and Andrew made sure everything was covered and secure with house wrap. I would recommend them to all my friends and family, and any homeowner. In fact I plan on having them back in the spring to do some more work on my home, and my neighbors are already asking for thier number.

READ THIS IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING HIRING SRS EXTERIORS - SRS sided my entire house - two stories, 40 squares plus. Andrew, Moe and their crew were outstanding. Outstanding means different things to different people. So let me clarify. For example, when a specific part of my siding job got messy, literally, they kept me in the loop the entire way with pictures, texts and calls. When a part of the project that involves material expense for SRS changed, they were fair about how to resolve that expense. I was given the opportunity to QC every detail - when I felt something was not quite right, it was addressed. THEY CAN THINK ON THEIR FEET! We did a custom PVC column wrap around my porch posts. When it became clear that the floors and ceilings were not perfectly level and thus would create gaps on the crown and base trim pieces, Moe devised a seamless strategy to build up the trim pieces for a near flawless look. They were polite, respectful and understanding of my time as well as their own. On a big job, that is a serious juggling act. They were honest - they told me it was in my best interest to wait longer than I wanted, in order to get the best possible install/product combination. They were right - the house gets compliments from our neighbors every day. Perhaps most important, they were fair. There were several variations in the quote, both up and down, due to circumstances out of their control and mine. We resolved these quickly and quietly. And their initial quote was in line with the competition. I can't speak to their other work, but I would recommend SRS for your siding job. I would use them again tomorrow and have already referred them to my colleagues at work.
