Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
$100
Owner of S&S Flooring, Shane, came on a Friday and did the job required of re-stretching and re-tacking the carpets in a couple entryways, but left before I noticed when he stretched the carpet that he had pulled apart a seem in the middle of the carpet in the master bedroom. I called him immediately and he said it was a simple 5 minute fix and that he would return the following Monday morning to do the simply repair. Monday morning came and went with no contact. It is now 3 weeks later and Shane/S&S Flooring have grown silent and simply will not return my repeated calls, voicemails and text messages. I do NOT recommend this company.
