Worst mistake I ever made. Was paid for job and left it unfinished. Habitually late or did not show at all, so had no clue what work schedule was. Refused to make corrections to work that were asked to be made to meet code requirements. Had to hire another contractor to redo the majority of work done.

Closest to Perfect we've experienced in years. Work was done quickly but conscientiously. Care shown for exposed household items. Clean-up, courtesy, explanation of what was completed including several minor things we overlooked that needed attention. Above and beyond what we contracted for; better than anything we expected. Past experience with similar firms has ranged from disappointed to law suits. S&S is superior to every other firm we've done business with since living here. Excellent communication. Hire them with confidence.

Great? Furniture looks beautiful?

I signed the contract with S&S Home Improvement to repair floor-level gaps at the front door threshold and to repair the rotten wood around the arch window with composite material, caulk/seal and paint. 3 weeks ago, while S&S was working on the arch window wood, they broke the glass of the window.He said his insurance would cover the broken glass by either replacing just the glass or the entire glass and wooden frame. S&S did repair the gaps below the front door but they still have not repaired or replaced the broken glass of the window as they said they would. Additionally, he hand wrote on the receipt “Broken Window will be replaced by me at my expense”. I have paid S&S the full amount on 8/24 per our contract but the job remains incomplete and they have been unresponsive to calls and emails. I have not heard from S&S regarding repairing the glass window that was broken by them. I have not had a great experience with S&Sand I believe he has not been honest with this issue.

Jason and Trey were fantastic. They handled the small stuff quickly and were able to come up with a solution to an issue when others wouldn’t even quote. I’ve hired them on multiple occasions for different projects and they have never let me down. Highly recommend.

The work went very good. But due to the fact that he seemingly is running his business on an extremely tight budget that he will demand pymt immediately via a PayPal-like method regardless if the work is done on a weekday or weekend in order for him to pay his workers.

Jason is great. I have used him twice now. Very fair price. Reliable, professional, punctual and does outstanding work.
