The small backyard area of my townhouse is mainly used as a dog run for my small dogs. <br /> <br /> There was not enough sunlight to maintain grass, so I asked Steven if he would cover the area with inexpensive square paving stones from Home Depot. <br /> <br /> His men put down plastic and brought in sand to cover it. They brought in the paving stones and did a great job of setting them, even carefully cutting pieces to fill gaps, which exceeded my expectations. <br /> <br /> We were very pleased with the work, which was done in an area that was not easy to access.

My house is a 4-story townhouse in the inner loop. <br /> <br /> The small windows on the 4th level were too difficult to get to, so I asked that only windows on the first three levels be washed. <br /> <br /> Their men did a good job, using ladders to get to each window and hand wash each one. Some were difficult to reach so the work took most of the day. <br /> <br /> They were very cooperative about doing other "handyman" work while they had the ladders there, and this work was priced out separately. <br /> <br /> I was very satisfied with the work and they were eager to do a good job.

Was quoted the driveway also but it was going to be "missed" had I not brought it up before they were packing up to leave.  Windows were washed at the tops which looked ok but the screens on bottoms weren't removed and so we were to arrange for the bottoms to be done once the screens were removed as part of the same deal.  Unfortunately I never heard from them again.  Literally.  I left multiple messages over several weeks with no return response.

Mr. Steven Jones returned phone calls promptly, showed up on time and oversaw his crew of four.  His work is well known in my neighborhood.  He had several jobs going at once and shifted people between sites.   All this seemed to work very well.  The job was completed very promptly (in about five hours) and was well done. <br /> Mr. Jones, I learned, is an Army veteran and has a history as a drill sergeant.  I would say that he performed the work at my home with military efficiency and thoroughness.   Mr. Jones, in my opinion, is a man to be trusted.   I look forward to dealing with him in the future. <br />

Very impressed with Mr. Jones and his crew. He was nothing but professional the entire time. He takes pride in his work and it shows. My house looks great! I will definitely use him again. I have already put in my calendar the next time I need to contact him to do the gutters again. <br />

Steven Jones was very responsive...from his quote to completing the job when (and ahead of) he had estimated. He and his 2 helpers worked in extremely hot and humid conditions and performed their work well. Steven was on-site much of the day, first to introduce his crew and get them started and then to check and join in the various projects. <br />

Showed up on time and immediately began to work. Took his time, his employees did every window by hand. When he was finished and I walked with him, I paid the amount. He was a little higher, but worth it.

Steven and his helper were punctual, friendly & well mannered. Everything we discussed when he quoted the job was done. Upon completion he went over the entire job with us. It was very important to him that were satisfied.

<br /> It was a full day job and Steven had a crew of workers. He was very thorough and pro-active about finding problems and fixes for some problems I didn't know I had. We'd been in the house for 10 years and had never really had the windows cleaned this thoroughly, so it required most of a day to complete. <br /> He was also very good about working around our schedule for getting up in the morning and leaving the house to run chores. <br /> He closely watched over his crew and made sure the work was done right.

Steven Jones is very professional and trustworthy....and most importantly, punctual! If he says he will be there at a certain time, you know he will be. He's cleaned our windows several times and always does a great job for a good price. He keeps you updated on the job status and always follows up to make sure you are satisfied. I would recommend him to others.
