Hired them via Angi or Thumbtack (not sure which one) and Wes Lynwood calls me back (older gentleman tall and talks very loud) and I talked about my needs and he asked for my budget and I said $10K for foundation work. I also mentioned I wasn't sure if the french drain back of house was working or not; he said he could do foundation leveling and correct/add french drain for $8200; I said ok, he asked for deposit of $500 to hold the 1 week space; got there to see house/damage and made a decision to hire him to do the work; he asked for $3600 to buy materials needed and start working; They finished the job and I paid the rest (balance); Now 3 months later, I have cracked/raised floor tiles, small amount of wall split from baseboard. Realtor said I have warped flooring ; I am calling thm due to warranty they gave me for 10 years, I called on both phone #'s and one is disconnected and the other left VM's and texted on and no answer. I called my cc company and reported them for fraud.

Absolute scam. Angi did not verify these guys or attempt to make things right. Same story as the person in San Antonio. Identical except the guy called himself Wes, with a female calling herself Melissa Hicks as office support. They took 50% deposit sent Junior for demolition and then stopped taking calls. Address is fake, DocuSign address, email and phone numbers all disconnected or fake.

Stability Pros Paxton PHillips was the first to respond when searching through Angi for a contractor for a backyard patio slab. Met with him on Nov 8, 2025 at my home. He reviewed the area where slab would be placed, and we also asked for a walkway from front porch and a small slab in front of the home since he was there and offered all sorts of discounts. We jumped on the deal since it was an incredible deal. He asked for half of the total to get job started. We felt comfortable in moving forward with the deal since he was found on Angi and we had confidence on contractors found on Angi. He promised to get started on 11/17. He sent two individuals with a shovel and wheel barrow who dug out grass for the walkway and dug dirt out in the back for the slab. It took them three days to do that work. After that we did not have anyone else to continue the work. I communicated with Paxton back and forth via text and he always had some excuse for not being able to be working on the project. After som back and forth communication via text with Paxton he sent an individual on 12/8 to work on the project. His introduced himself as Junior and stated that he works on slabs for a living and obtains work from Paxton. He worked for two days re-digging the appropriate depth needed for the slab. I did not have any communication with Paxton after that. Junior reached back out to me and asked if I heard anything from Paxton because he was waiting for the next step. I was fed up by then and asked for a refund and a stop to the work. Paxton then sent Junior back to deliver the rebar. Junior did not do any additional work as he did not have any other material to work with and was asked only to deliver the rebar. I had no communication from Paxton after that. Junior continued to communicate with me as he had not heard from Paxton and was not paid for the rebar. Since then we have not heard from Paxton. We have photos of all communication being done via text with Paxton PHillips. Last time I received any communication from Paxton was on Dec 22. Since then we have moved forward and contracted another company for the work the I wanted done. Job was completed by contractor in two days. We have not had any communication with Paxton from Stability Pros. I traveled to his company address listed on Angi in Austin Texas and was not able to locate his so called office as listed on Angi.

I hired Stability foundation repair to re-level my home. I had several bids and the gentleman that came out with Stability was very knowledgeable. My new paved patio and fire pit looks wonderful and I?m very pleased.

I hired Stability to do pavers in my backyard, from my backdoor to my pergola., they did an amazing job and I'm absolutely in love with it.

We had Stability come out and do a paver walkway along with a new concrete driveway came out absolutely beautiful. My neighbor actually had them do their driveway when they finished also came out great I would definitely recommend this company.

Where has Stability come out and do a foundation repair project for us? We just bought a home we needed 48 piers there was no way I thought it was gonna come out this great. Looks like we never had damage to begin with and it was a pretty bad shape. We would highly recommend Stability foundation.
