Daniel Sanft and his family crew were easy to work with. They arrived as arranged, working two long days. Daniel has been doing concrete work for twenty years and was good with the repairs and keeping his crew on assignment. The color choices were limited, however, the price was within budget and with a few changes to their contract the details were covered. Of last note, I would recommend that the side walls next to the project be masked off to protect from over spray.

It only took three days. Day one and two was forming everything including lay and tying the re-barb and Day three was the actual pour and form removal later in the day.

This company is the AWESOME! I don't live in the area and my property manager refused to help unless I went with whom she chose. I was a little worried about putting a deposit down on something I wouldn't have "eyes on" not knowing if the work was being done. This company did not only meet my expectations, they exceeded them! They communicated every aspect of the job and even sent pictures of their work. This family owned business is a cohesive team, you can definitely see the care, quality and pride they put into their work. If you're looking for quality concrete work, this is the company to hire! Prices are very competitive. You won't go wrong choosing this STA Construction, this I can assure you. I would definitely hire them again!

STA Construction got started ahead of schedule, they saw an opportunity in the weather and went for it. They worked very hard and finished the project quickly and efficiently. They were honest and trustworthy, and the quality of the work is top notch. We have throughly enjoyed having a patio to watch the beautiful Colorado Sunsets this summer. We thank them for the hard word and great job that they did.
