Staging For Charisma

Pam (and Cathy) at Staging for Charisma were both so wonderful to work with!  They were friendly, professional, and did a great job making the most of a small space. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we were getting our rental condo ready to put on the market, our agent suggested that we stage it.  We really just wanted to get rid of it as quickly and inexpensively as possible, but after researching online, it seemed that with the right staging, a sale would likely happen more quickly and with a higher sale price.  I searched Angie's list and asked around for recommendations from people I knew.   I called around to find the right fit and we wound up choosing Staging for Charisma because of Pam's kindness, good price, and beautiful work. We couldn't be more pleased!  I've never seen that condo look so beautiful and it wound up selling at full price within about 3-4 days. There are identical units on the market that have not received any offers including one that is staged but unattractively so. I thank Pam and Cathy and their team of decorators for helping us sell our condo quickly and at full price! <br />

Pam stopped by for an initial consultation where she took photos for reference and talked about general suggestions and tips for staging our house. After her initial visit he sent us an evaluation write up where she presented several options for staging from a "do-it-ourselves" list of suggestions specific to our house to a plan for fully staging all rooms of the house. <br /> We opted for a proposal where they brought in complete furnishings for our living room and one bedroom and coordinating artwork and accessories for our existing furniture in the remaining rooms. Pam and her crew did a wonderful job of bringing out the colors and beauty of our décor and making the house very ready for showing to potential buyers. We had lots of compliments form people who came through to view the house and ended up with multiple offers on the property. <br /> The one glitch in our experience with Pam was on the day they were coming to pull their furnishings from the house. We'd scheduled a 2 hour time block for the destaging and arrived home to meet the crew about 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. After waiting a couple hours we contacted Pam to find out where they were and found out they'd been running early and had arrived about 30 minutes ahead of the appointment and left when we weren't home yet. Due to a mix-up they didn't have our phone number with them in the truck, and so had not been able to get in touch with us to reconfirm the time. They headed back out immediately after we called and were still able to destage the house that same day. They acknowledged that they had made the mistake on the times, and took steps to make up for their having caused us to wait unnecessarily. <br /> <br />
