Absolutely horrible experience. Initially charged us $3,200 for permit fees, architectural drawing fees, and engineering fees and never pulled a permit or received any architectural drawings. Destroyed our front yard with equipment which he never cleaned up. Destroyed landscape lighting. Forced us to pay in full with threats that our job would not be finished. Never installed synthetic turf which was in our contract. Concrete is cracking after 3 weeks.
