I highly recommend Standard Painting and Maintenance for any of your painting needs. They were honest, professional, dependable, and had great communication throughout our project. Luis and crew arrived promptly the morning agreed upon, and they finished on time four days later. They made the place look new again, which I needed to sell the house. This is the third time I've used them, and the work is always excellent. They are perfectionists, which I appreciate. The day they finished, I inspected the job with Luis, and his crew corrected some minor paint spatters.

I needed my kitchen, 1/2 bath and nursery painted. Luis and his team did a great job. All we had to do was provide the paint and they took care of everything else. Luis and his crew was on time and professional. We plan to have them come back out to paint other parts of the house as well.

This is the second time I've hired them. First, Luis came and assessed the work needed, recommended types of paint, and gave his estimate, which I accepted. The crew arrived at 7:30 and began blocking off walls, rugs, and outdoor furniture. They worked quickly, quietly, and professionally and finished in two days. No paint or stain got where it wasn't supposed to and they made sure to put everything back where it was when they finished. It was an excellent experience and I'll work with them for future jobs.

I’ve used this company for several projects. For each they did a superb job not only in executing the project, but also in protecting my property and cleaning up the work area. The employees arrived on time and were very professional. The competitive price was agreed ahead of time with no add on expense as the job was completed. No up charge for multiple colors. I recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Luis promptly responded to my request for an estimate. He came out on time and gave me a quote for the project. Him and his team came on time and completed a magnificent job. They left the house spotless with no mess and cleaned the house after the work was completed. If you are looking for a painter, look no further.

We have never had a better experience with a contractor in our lives. From quote to final walk down of work, Luis Aguirre and his team were wonderful to work with. The house looks fantastic! The transformation from before to after was truly amazing. They replaced a ton of rotten wood and repainted everything, even the doors. Its looks like we have a brand new house. Luis and his team were very professional and punctual. The job took longer than estimated but they also ended up doing a lot more work than they had originally thought. They consulted with us during each stop of the process and we were very pleased. I would definitely hire them again!

If you need a painter, hire Standard Painting! Luis and his team are absolutely 100% top notch to work with. We had the entire interior of our home painted (including kitchen cabinets!) and we do not have one complaint about the job. Not one! The work was simply perfect and Luis is a true professional dream to work with.....he always promptly replied to my texts or calls, his team was punctual, neat, AND friendly. Without a doubt we'll be hiring them again in the future!

They were fantastic. I would hire them in the future in a heart beat. They were fast and punctual.It took about an hour to do the work. There was about 3 people that did the work. The cleanup was like if they were never there.

It went great! Luis and his crew are excellent painters and friendly professionals. They lived up to every aspect of the contracted work. They even removed (and replaced) the gutter downspouts to paint the boards behind them - something I did not expect. Excellent work!

I was extremely happy with the job that Standard Painting & Carpentry did to re-paint the exterior of my old Craftsman-style house. It is a family-run business and Luis and his team did a fantastic job overall and were very easy to work with. They were extremely patient in working through the process of selecting the final colors, showed excellent attention to detail and worked very efficiently. In fact, both of my neighbors commented on the thoroughness of the prep-work performed, which is required for a 90-year old house, and their commitment to doing the job right. The total cost for the painting and carpentry work was very reasonable and just as promised. I have gotten multiple compliments on how much better the house looks now. I would definitely use Luis and his team again and have highly recommended them to several friends!

I contacted four painting contractors from Angie's List and sent them photos of the site as requested. Luis responded quickest and had the best estimate. After I agreed, he came to inspect the deck and told me how the work would proceed. Four days later his team arrived and power washed it to take off flaking stain and general grime. We had a few days of rain afterwards, but when it dried, they returned and put two coats on the same day. They carefully moved furniture and other things from the patio below the deck and covered it with plastic to catch any drips, and they cleaned up after they left. The deck looks great and I'll hire this contractor again for some interior work in a few months.

The team was able to accomplish everything that I had asked in one day. There were 2 painters for an entire day working on scraping and then repainting the exterior of my home. They did a great job as far as quality and also with how quickly they were able to accomplish everything. They were very professional and respectful. I will 100% use them in the future. <br>

Required two coats since it was stucco but didn't finish small area on right side. Deal included two painters, but one was more of an assistant. Deal included preparation and pressure washing but not enough time to perform per painter's recommendation. So agreed to pay extra for pressure washing. Section painted looks really good though.

I hired Luis to paint 5 rooms and put up some crown molding in a 1948 home I'm updating. Luis and his crew did a great job, were very professional and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend them 100%.
