We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore.

The company owner was on the job site at all times. He was personally checking all work to assure proper completion. They were efficient, arrived on time and detail oriented. I would definitely use them again!

Joe was great! Had all the material measured and delivered right on time. He came with a knowledgeable crew when he said he was going to be there and came on time! Definitely would recommend Joe and i will have him to come back for future projects!

Joe has been very professional and we are very happy with work so far. Weather stopped us short of finishing in fall, so looking forward to seeing everything complete. I have a relative who is a retired professional painter. He gave me a list of questions to ask. Joe answers were all what I was told to expect from a quality painter. We would use Joe again for projects or painting.
