We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum.

Service was great. Technician wore shoe covers every time he entered the house. He explained the process and his pricing. He called shortly before arriving to let me know what time to expect him.

Shimon is kind, personable, and fair. He added a shield in the outside vent outlet to keep birds from nesting in it. Price given below includes Seattle tax.

It was a challenging job as the dryer was part of a stacked unit on the second level of our town house (with roof venting) in a tight closet. Simon hung in there and figured out a way to get it done. He's the only one I will trust to do the job next year!!

Shimon is exceptional! SO quick to respond to my initial Angie's List message and answered ALL of my questions! Per my request, he text me his eta the day of cleaning and arrived right on time! He walked me through the entire process, explained what needed to be done & why, then got to work! He is extremely professional, thorough, and kind! He wore protective booties or socks each time he stepped inside, and he cleaned up all the mess- including the dryer lint in the bushes outside! I got before & after photos and videos, too! He treated my home with respect inside & out and was SO careful with my kitties around! I enjoyed our conversations between the noisy parts of the job, too! StarDuct Pros were referred to me by my coworker. I was in desperate need to have my crawl space cleaned after unwanted guest (mice) decided to take shelter under my home and made it smell terrible. Simon, came and did a thorough clean up of the crawl space, and replaced the vapor barrier ( the plastic cover) which was left dirty by my unwanted guest. Simon made the whole process clear, and answered all my questions in a patient manner. Great customer service, I highly recommend!

The job went smoothly. I have a very long dryer vent (about 25 feet to the outside of the house) that had not been cleaned for 16 years. He provided before and after pictures to show that the vent was cleaned out.
