They turned a one Star review into a five star. There was a miscommunication, where I was asking for a second opinion, and they wanted to charge me to come out. That got resolved. They charged me 300 for a job that Mister Quik was charging me 1400 for. Mister Quik didn't even solve the problem. STAR came to my rescue. The technician and the sales guy who came out where both great. The sales guy didn't try to oversell me. They both were extremely respectful, and understood how hard of a time that I had with the other company. Due to how nice they were. I signed up for their yearly tuneup program. They solved my leaking flue that same day that I called. They now have a customer for life. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC stuff done.

They did a wonderful job! They showed up right on time, very friendly and helpful with questions. Also, they did a very good job cleaning everything up after they were finished. I will definitely call them again in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC.

Uriah did a great job serving and explaining what he was doing with the humidifier. He also explained the cost of repair verses the cost of a new unit.

We hired Ernie on June 28 after his suggestion to replace both the heating and cooling systems. We were experiencing cooling issues and the heating seemed to be fine. After additional consideration, we decided to cancel the order on the morning of June 29 and Ernie acknowledged. We haven't received our refund of 50 % down as of today July 14.

Our business needed three roof units replaced. Not only did they come out quick to get us quote, but they had it all installed very quickly! We really appreciate everyone at Star. They also updated all our thermostats throughout the building. They are the only people I would call if I needed, service, repairs or installation.

It was a pleasure working with Marshall during the bidding process. Everything was very transparent - including the model numbers, corresponding brochures, what the Carrier rebate was going to be. He was also very responsive in answering my questions and assuring me about the quality of installation etc. I got a very competitive bid, so I didn't negotiate the price any further. The installation crew did a great job. AC is working great, and I have a follow up appointment next week for them to come and check that everything is working well, and also to fire up the furnace and complete the humidifier hook up. So far it has been a good experience. It feels like I can trust this company.
