I felt like I was scammed.

Great customer service with work completed quickly. Now my house has a safe new set of entry stairs. These guys do awesome work.

Company excels in customer service. We had challenges in expectations due to me hiring them from out of state and not being there to discuss project complexities. They tuck pointed so well I hired them for three additional projects which were all completed in a week. They sent before and after photos for me to review the work. I will hire them again.

Which experience, the first blunder, or the second fix? It took almost a month after 1 person who spent an hour each day for six days, left tools, scrap, garbage, asked to borrow tools, stayed until 8 pm on a Saturday, and then finished on a Sunday. It was a 3 by 6 area of concrete sidewalk. This person should have left it for the professionals of the team they have, I would have had no problem waiting for the job to be done right the first time. Even though I am happy with the second result, it was not worth the anguish. Sorry

Travis was a very nice person,but was NOT experienced did not fill all cracks and missed a lot of spots on my driveway. I also have to figure out how to get it off my siding.That said he did seem to want to be able to do the job.

The S.T.A.R.S team maintained a professional demeanor from the introduction & the request for a quote, to the completion of the project. I am very impressed with the quality of work, & the communication between each step of the process during the project. All questions were explained in detail. My experience with this company was impressive, going forward, S.T.A.R.S will be my first option for residential exterior work.

Travis and STARS Roofing were exceptional for a smaller company. They quoted a price that was lower than the large roofing companies, performed great and used quality product. Very satisfied with the finished product!
