I'm terribly disappointed with the outcome of this project. The work was done but there were issues with the deck lighting and rail that were installed. Some of the lights didn't work, The railing was not properly fastened and some other issues. I called, called and called Andriy (the owner) about getting the matters addressed. He never followed through. A major let down. It just goes to show how much integrity this company lacks. Anyone who chooses to work with this company should beware. Don't pay your final balance until you have looked over every inch of your project. And, don't be pressured to pay without doing that for yourself first. You should take the time to look over everything. Andriy will try to reassure you in the beginning that he deals with callbacks but he won't. You will no longer be a priority once your balance has been paid. A real shame because the laborers are really nice and they work hard.

I got in contact with Star Touch, who returned my inquiry very quickly. I dealt with Andriy and he came to my home to look at the pool and where I wanted the steps and deck. I was given a price and we agreed on his company doing the job. He was very easy to deal with and kept me up to date when they would come and do the work. He came with his crew and the work was done within a day. They brought all materials and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with my deck and stairs.

Andriey was organized, detailed and most importantly honest. It was a pleasure working with them. Take my word, when I tell you it's hard to find good and reliable contractors. In the past year I literally had to remodel every part of my house. Thus far I have not written a good review on anyone except the StartouchNYC. Thank you, Boris.
