Thank you Start to Finish for making my house look beautiful. I contracted with this company almost a year ago, I was a client of Lawn Pride for almost 8 years. I don't regret the change at all. They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. I have no reservation in recommending them for any type of outdoor work you need. I encourage you to visit their website to see everything they are capable of.

I've worked with Start To Finish on several projects and they are great to work with. They do a great job, providing cost effective options, talking about different ways to approach the project and what the pros and cons are, so as a consumer who doesn't do these kinds of things very often I still feel like I can make an informed decision. The project went according to plan, and as always Jeff and team followed up to make sure everything was just right.

They are A's across the board. When they leave it beautiful. We had used them for years. They did a fire-pit for us too.

I’m impressed with Tom. He always responds to my emails and calls within the same day. Very easy to work with. His crew did an excellent job with my landscape.

Great. Upon trimming the bushes, a rock went through a sunroom glass door, which required replacement by Blair windows and reapplication of the solar film by Distinctive Glass (Bryan Shoush). Matt Harden immediately took care of scheduling the repairs and promptly paying the vendors without any haggling/hassling. Peggy, the owner, has been a real professional to deal with. They will not be mowing after this season, so we'll need that service supplied by another vendor.

The first crew that came out did a better job than the second crew. The first put the grass back nicely and really patted it in. The second crew listened to where we wanted the opening to be in the yard but they really did not pat the grass down as well as the first crew. The second crew also did not put the opening in the yard so it would be even - one side was higher than the other. Overall, we would use them again if needed.

If I could give them pluses, I would say “A+” for everything. They are just delightful to work with.

Lawn cutting service is excellent. Good triming and clean up.

They did an excellent. They also killed our poison ivy.

<p>Jeff is a great person to work with!  He is very professional and honest.  He had a large crew and they came in and got everything done very quickly.  The crew leader clearly explained everything that they were doing.  They were all very professional and friendly.  Everything that we asked for was done (they even did a little extra work) and our yard looks great.  I will definitely use this company again in the future and will recommend them to others!</p> <br />

This was a BIG job. The flagstone patio wraps across the full front of our duplex and surrounds a redbud tree in the center and involved some drainage issues from the downspouts. Due to heavy scheduling they began the job in late fall/early winter and reached initial completion. They returned in spring for reseeding (going beyond the initial area). We found the type of interstitial material we initially selected too high and easily blown or washed away. They replaced it with premised at no extra cost. They were excellent in all respects. Wish I could attach a picture. <br />

Peggy and the folks at Start to Finish are top notch!  They were friendly, knowledgable, accurate and most helpful.  I hope to use them in the future for more landscaping work around our new home.  I highly recommend them! <br />

Creative, cost-effective, quick. <br />

Previously they had graded the yard, planted sod, done seeding in the back yard and even pulled out several old shrubs. They left everything well cleaned up and looking great! The sod is especially beautiful! They will be doing more work later in July. <br />

The company was excellent. They were punctual and very responsive to our requests.  The crew was large and worked quickly.  The quality of work was fabulous, and they cleaned up after themselves very well.  We would recommend this company to others, and we would definitely use them again ourselves. <br />

<p>This was a very enjoyable process, with a personable staff that explains everything from design through completion. They remained within our budget.  The price, at first, appeared high, however the quality of construction and materials Start to Finish used has demonstrated high durability of the plants, decking, and landscaping over one winter and one summer. Very well.  The Landscape designer is professional, kind and very knowledgable.  Worked the plan around my likings...cut flowers, colors and deer tolerant plantings.  During installation the head of the team was professional, clean and kept me informed during the whole day of planting.  Everything except a bit of ground cover did not make the winter.  Ground cover is being replanted in June free of charge.  Recommend booking your spring clean up early as the company schedule is very busy. Highly recommend this company! <br />

I've been using them for about a year, and everything is going well.  They show on time, get right to work, and do a good job without being intrusive.  Furthermore, Jeff, the owner, plans out our service according to our specifications, and he's relatively accessible when we need to communicate.  We also plan to use the company for more extensive landscaping work in the future.

They gave us an estimate and then had their crew come handle it for us.  Initially they used connectors that were larger than our gutters.  I contacted them right away after noticing what they had done.  They sent their crew back out within a few days to switch to the correct size of connectors that matched our gutters.  They even put grass seed down on the areas where they displaced the dirt.  We were satisfied with the service.  We recommended them to a couple people.  A friend of ours has already used them for her downspouts. <br />

This is by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with...and we have had a lot of work done to our houses over the years.  Everyone is very friendly, very available and pay such close attention to detail.  I am very OCD about things in my house and so are they!  They worked really hard to get everything level and perfect.  Their architect had great ideas and helped us a lot along the way.  The hardscape team always cleaned up after themselves every day and everyone really seemed to care about what we wanted and how we thought things were going.  I just can't say enough good things about them.  We did get a price from 2 other landscape companies and they were right in line with everyone else. Super happy with our new patio, firepit and grill!  <br />

On very short notice before we had an open house, Start to Finish brought a crew out, did the work exactly as they promised, cleaned up properly, left everything in perfect condition.  These guys are really great and we WILL be using them again.

I love these guys! Peggy in the office is great! She's personable and friendly. The team they send out works hard and they're very efficient. Each year they go above and beyond by trimming back my plants and helping make my yard look great. <br />
