The project went exceptionally well. Great attention to understanding not only what I wanted, but with the job required. They made sure they understood what my extended patio was going to be used for so that they use the correct materials to handle the weight of the swim spa that I was planning on installing. Every step of the way was explained to me and they continuously checked in to make sure that I understood and was happy. I’m very happy with project. Team did not know what they were doing, always confused. Starz overquoted and underperformed. They used nails instead of screws, causing deep holes, missing nails, loose ends, cheap, splintered wood, and deck was 50 inches tall, requested 52. There were various cuts in the wood, wood splitting, a piece of wood loose where they cut the post hole and didn't secure it to the deck. For the pool, they used regular sand, not compaction sand. The bottom of the pool is bumpy. They put the pool coves behind the uprights holding the frame firm. They had to take the pool apart to take out the coves and put back the uprights. The first time they installed the pool, it was 2 inches higher than the deck. They broke down the pool and removed sand on one side to meet up with the deck. The pool is lopsided and water is 6 inches deeper on one side. I had to pay an additional $300 for them to reinstall. The second time they installed the pool, it still did not flush with the deck. I have to redo it all.

Adi was very helpful and understanding throughout the process. We had a hiccup with receiving the quote initially but once it was received, everything was smooth sailing. His guys came out on a freezing cold, drizzling day to start with demo on a Friday and came back on Monday to finish it. Looks great. Thanks Adi!

The overall project was fine, but the contractor was unwilling to address the issues caused by his crew. For example, the patio with a border was completed, but the roofers trampled all over it. Their solution was to insert rebar to prop the border back up. With five grandchildren under the age of six, this creates a safety concern, as they could easily injure themselves.

This OLD house had some unique surprises that Tamer handled with excellence & professionalism. He patiently explained to us, along with our daughter & son-in-law, what needed to be done and why certain changes in the original plan were necessary. His attention to detail resulted in a job well done with which we were definitely pleased. His communication was impressive in spite of how obviously busy he is on multiple projects. crew came on time and worked diligently. The sheet rock, texture and painting was done properly. We had damage in several rooms. They sanded windowsills and cut out several areas of sheet rock in the ceiling and walls. They match the paint and worked all day making everything right. We were very pleased. They also repaired an area on the exterior of the house. The crew is very easy to work with. They also sent one person the next day to verify we were happy and look at all the work. We would definitely hire them again.
