run don't walk away from this company!!!! Very poor workmanship. Had to have bathroom remodel after having above the knee amputation. It's bad enough to go thru that but when you hire a company you expect a decent job. DEFINATELY NOT THE CASE WITH STATEWIDE. Brief summary: Very expensive shower,enclosure that is very dangerous because when seated on the permanent seat, unable to reach what they call locker system that's supposed to hold needed bath products. Had to have 3 doors widened. Doors were not hung evenly so I'll have to hire someone to rehang and paint. My 5 1/2 yr old great nephew could have done a better job. None of the door facings were even touched with paint. threshold tile looks ridiculous and even chipped. Anyway, for $39,000 they should have at least had the decency to offer to make it right. Hired an attorney but they never responded to his letter. Ii finally had to drop it, causing toooooo much stress. PLEASE LISTEN AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!!

Statewide did an excellent job of taking out a spa and making it into a walk-in shower. We love the walk-in shower, and with a lifetime guarantee. A wonderful job.

It all went pretty good only had one hitch and they resolved the matter faster than I expected. Customer service was great easy to work with

I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations would look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. I now have to hire a lawyer to sue them to make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. Every single aspect of the remodel is worse than before they started

They demo a really nice shower kit And then install a really cheap piece of plastic they call acrylic from homedeop at the higher price and they never call you back they sub contract everything now I'm out 14,100 for a cheap piece of plastic

I strongly advise people to avoid using this company at all cost! We spent over $20,000 to have windows installed in our house over a year ago and the work and repairs to our house caused by the Statewide installers has not been completed yet, even though they have repeatedly said they would put things right. Ultimately, Statewide does not have their own installers, they contract the work out to third party contractors, and you are at the mercy of how good a job they do! The installers we had were shockingly bad! They left hands and dirty prints all over the interior of our recently painted house, cracked the Stucco on our exterior walls, fitted the windows poorly, did not fill in massive gaps on the oversized areas that they opened up, completely missed and did not install joining strips between windows (I could see daylight between the windows). The decorative strips in the windows did not match, and the list goes on and on! Statewide will tell you all sorts of things to appease you, but ultimately they just do not follow up. I have given up trying to get them to honour their word to put things right, and I am in the process of starting legal action to get compensation for the $7,000 estimated repairs needed after the damage they have done to my house.

We had a porch converted to a sun room and once installed the product looked great BUT that was a year and half ago, and we are still working on getting leaks resolved. Reasons for rating them poorly -- 1. Extremely difficult to schedule them to check out a problem -- usually weeks in advance. 2. Once you are lucky enough to get an appointment they have a tendency to postpone OR 3. NEVER show up on time nor call to say they will be late. 4. Once the problem is confirmed it takes weeks to get the work actually done I would NEVER recommend this company but if you do good luck on them getting it right the first time because like I said earlier it has been a year and a half since install and we are still waiting to get it right. They are currently scheduled to come out today to replace four windows, but they are now an hour overdue and no phone call -- typical.

They charge outrageously high prices for very little and sometimes inferior work. So much went wrong with our PARTIAL bath update, it would not fit in this space. Total cost of $26,407 for a total of 51 hours of labor (and that was including their so-called senior and veteran discounts and a 20% off coupon!) I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The sales team was knowledgeable and listened to my needs and wishes. Statewide provided weekly updates about the progress of the window construction. Martin Borer and team were very conscientious about installing the windows. I am very satisfied with the final product.

The Statewide representative, Ken Peterson, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my project. He went over every detail. My electric was outdated. My job required a new equipment and additional work that was not covered in the estimate. I suggest that you request company electrician cover these costs before excepting the remodel.

I had 9 windows replaced and the work was completed in one day. Salesman Dial was very knowledgeable about the product and he answered all of my questions. Installers Joe & James were very thorough and did a fantastic job of placing the new windows and repairing/replacing trim boards around one of the windows. It has rained several times since the installation and there has been no leakage - that's a good thing ! All parties involved in the process were friendly and helpful.
