Job - newly purchased, empty home Quote - Paint interior All walls inside the house All doors All baseboards 3 colors for the house Patch the holes in the sheetrock. Fix ceiling patches What was left undone - doors, walls were not painted to completely cover the previous paint or cut in, already white closets and walls were not painted to their entirety Condition the house was left in - sanding dust left throughout the house, paint on chandelier, paint droppings and footprints left throughout the house and bathroom floors, open beer cans left throughout home and back patio, outlet and switch covers left off Service - when asked to come back to complete the job and touch up spots, the wrong paint was used and 10% of the job was left unfinished
