Everything was great. From the opening bid to the final inspection, Luigi was timely, careful, and clear. There was some rot in the boards under the removed roof, and Luigi documented the whole process with good photos. At the end of the work, the site was cleaned up well. All in all, Stay Dry Solutions did a great and fairly priced job for us!

Luigi was very professional, friendly, and prompt for the quote and for the work day. I was very pleased with the cost and how quickly he was able to get it done. I would recommend Stay Dry Solutions to anybody needing roof work or even a new roof. We will be going to him when we have our roof replaced in a couple of years.

Stay Dry did an awesome job. Luigi and his crew were on site promptly every day. A couple of days proved too windy to work, so they came back that Sunday so that they could finish in a timely manner. They kept us informed as to where they were in the project and finished within the time they indicated. They did a great clean-up job afterwards. Luigi came back to do a walk-around with us to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions we had.

Definitely five stars!!! Stay Dry Solutions is one of the best companies I have ever worked with! I got four bids and Stay Dry Solutions offered everything I was looking for. Luigi Aldana and his crew were professional all the way. The presentation process was informative and indicated a high degree of knowledge. Luigi answered every question and explained every step in the process. The crew was amazing working quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Every step in the process stayed exactly on the schedule I was given. When the project was done (and it was an extensive and messy one - illegal and hidden layer of wood shake!) the cleanup was exceptional. From Luigi to the work crew it was customer service all the way. I would, and do, recommend Stay Dry Solutions without reservation to anyone looking for an exceptional company to work with and quality roof!

Stay Dry Solutions was the most professional roofing company that we found. Luigi and Rebecca were very thorough in presenting us with options for our new roof, and they even built a small roof in front of us so we could see the materials that they would be using. Luigi took the time to answer all of my many questions, and he even visited us a second time to make sure we were on the same page with the options we had chosen for our roof. They kept the scheduled start day, and they were done in a day and a half. The crew was very professional, and the area around our home was very clean when they were done. In talking to Luigi, I had the impression that he really cares about the quality of his company’s work, and I know if I ever have any issues he will respond quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Stay Dry Solutions.

It did take a little time to get the roof started (I’m sure you were busy) but once the crew arrived on site the process was seamless. I was extremely impressed with the work ethic by the 2 crew members that did the day 1 tear down and the 4 members for day 2. Which is all the time that it took. In 17 hours your crew managed to remove 3 layers of asphalt and one layer of cedar shake, re sheet and re roof my home. I have many strange angles to my roof and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, speed and cleanliness of your crew. They kept all areas clean as they worked and were very thorough on final clean up making sure no nails were left behind. As a father of 2 with 2 pets as well I appreciate this. Luigi and his guys were great! I talked to Luigi at Noon. They were able to come that afternoon. By 3pm they had found the problem and fixed. They were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

Initial quote was made after inspection by company owner, Luigi Aldana, just 2 days after requested. This was not an emergency. Work was completed in a single 5 hour visit on the day it was planned. All materials needed were on hand and ready to use before the job was started. Job involved replacing roofing and sealing materials near the high side of skylight, and installing replacement metal flashing. Discovered additional problems with skylight frame and we requested that entire frame be replaced or repaired. This was added to the job but completed at the same time as other repairs. Additional expense of this addition was reasonably priced and work was very professional. Price of overall job was very reasonable and competitive. Cleanup after the job was thorough and timely also. Owner offered to return should any difficulties occur with his work.

Luigi was able to come out the same day I called him. It had been raining the night before. He was very professional and thorough. He investigated the leak from up on the roof and also in the attic. He told me there were some long nails on the roof that were starting to rise but that wasn't really a concern at this time. He took pictures in the attic so he could show me what was going on in the attic. he said the leak was definitely the vent pipe flashing. he called me the next day with a quote. He had to look around on the internet for this flashing because of the size, but he found a good one that matched. I was in no rush and he called for a time to come by and fix the flashing. They arrived early and had the whole thing fixed in 45 minutes! Cleaned up after themselves. That night it rained. No more Leak! Thanks for such an easy stress free job. I will be hiring Stay Dry Solutions when I get ready to re-roof as well! These guys are great and very polite!

The simple fact is that most homeowners don't really know how a roof is properly installed, and generally base their reviews on whether the person was friendly and responsive, and whether the contractor did a good job on cleanup. While those things are important, the most important thing is whether the job was done right, and for a fair price. I am an engineer, and have decades of experience in various types of construction projects, and have also re-roofed a few houses myself (when I was much younger). I ended up getting five bids for my re-roof project, and a few of the bids were way too high, one was way too low, and one was close to what the cost should have been, but was over an hour late to give the bid, and made a poor excuse for being late. Stay Dry Solutions was the last bid I received, and after talking with the owner, Luigi, for an hour or so, I could tell that he was both knowledgeable, and the type of person who wanted to do the best job possible. We scheduled the work for the next month, and he kept that scheduled start day. I know the crew working on the roof did an excellent job on the installation, as I was onsite for the duration, and on the roof at various times, monitoring the project. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family that might need roofing work completed.

The roofers were here early in morning and worked hard till 5/6p.m. Completed the job in 3 days. Also, they picked up, cleaned up after themselves at completion of each day they worked.

They were awesome. What blew me away, is it only took them 2 full days and a couple a couple hours the 3rd day, when I was quoted from a number of other roofing providers that it would take 5-7 days. This company also offers a lifetime warranty of their work/ roofing materials.
