Contracted in Oct 25, then the excuses started, now May 26 and never started the job. Having to sue to get my money back. Won't reply to letters or email, in writing. Save the time and hassle, get work done by someone else. Shaun Pierce, is unreliable and dishonest. Could have come anytime, takes advantage of kindness of senior citizen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It looked great 1 year ago but after this winter it needs all new tuckpointing. The owner, Sean keeps making excuses his email was hacked and he lost all customer information. I sent him all my information but he is not responding. He first told me he would be out by April 1, 2026 but he keeps ignoring me on the email he told me to use. I paid $4,200 for new steps in July 2025 and they already need tuckpointing. Do not use this contractor as I now need to report to BBB and find someone to fix the steps he guaranteed for 30 years. I have lots of pictures but the site will not let me upload them all.

We had S-T complete a front step rebuild to our home as well as fill some gaps around our front porch and we love the results! They were quick to respond, quick to come out, and did a great job with the rebuild, even maintaining original sandstones we wanted to keep! We would definitely work with this team again in the future!
