Very, very good at his work. Did exactly what he said he would, and at a very good price. I will definitely use him again for the same service. Only gripe is that he was so busy that he could not give me an appointment for two weeks, but at his rates, and with the great quality of work he does, I am not surprised that he is in high demand.

Job was to clear foundation garden of all plants, debris, including one tree and put in new topsoil. Garden was cleared, but waited 3 weeks before someone replied about the stumps being removed. Instead of clearing the stumps they installed topsoil on top of them. Called about the stumps and was told they'd be out after the weekend. They didn't come. Called again and told them I had replacement plants waiting to go in and was told they'd be out the next day. They didn't come. Called again, 6 times in one day, and finally got a response. Lost 2 plants which they are replacing. Will never recommend to anyone.

Overall pleased with the company and services. Issues related to scheduling and arrival: They originally scheduled me on the wrong day; when that was resolved they were unable to show; I had to follow up with them for that status. Also unable to come on rescheduled date; it was a Saturday, I received no call and no one at office to take my call. They immediately rescheduled for that following Tuesday; they were prompt and did a wonderful job. If kept in the loop and received a status, they would have received all as "very good". Would use them again and recommend them to friends expressing the need to be clear about communication expectations

Removed branches cracked in storm and cut down magnolia tree. Best price and they did a good job removing branches & debris. Good timeliness. Job is still unfinshed though; the stump of magnolia tree hasn't been removed. I called twice and they said "next week" each time. I haven't paid them anythng yet. So: they did a good job; but didn't finish. They put me in a bad position - I'm holding back payment until it is done and we've got the stump in front of our front door. Bottom line: they do a good job; but don't pay them until they finish completely and be prepared for some frustration.

COMMUNICATION WAS VERY POOR, THEY DID NOT CALL THE DAY THEY WERE COMING, THEY DID NOT TELL ME THEY HAD TO HAVE COM ED SHUT DOWN OUR POWER, AND THEY DID NOT CALL COM ED TO RE CONNECT US, SO WE WENT FROM 8AM TO 2AM WITH NO POWER.

Ordered tree removal service, it took them 1.5 weeks longer from the original scheduled date. After tree had been removed they forgot to dispose of dead trunk and branches. After a call to a company the garbage was cleaned up. Other than these little things the service was fine.
