Jose did a superb job! Another company succeeded initially in removing the bright red stain - but as their treatment finished drying the next day, a greenish/bluish color came up. They came back, worked for a couple hours, basically flooding the carpet to "wash" out the stain. All the wetness took out the color initially, but as it dried it brought up the greenish/bluish color again from the pad underneath, and a light pinkish tint from the original lipstick stain returned. They used no fan, so it took 2-3 days to dry, causing mold. Jose had to deal with the botched work, and the mold, and did an incredible job: completely removed the mold and restored the carpet to its natural state, and got out about 95% of the color (which may still fade more). Would highly recommended Jose, without question!! He is clearly an expert.

Jose is fantastic! I would hire him again in an instant. He was prompt and friendly and communicative both before and during the service. He had an issue with his vacuum while doing our upstairs carpet and worked diligently to fix it. You can't always help what happens in life (equipment deciding to act up), but you can help how you react to it and Jose was outstanding. Worked extra hard to fix the issue and ensure our carpets were clean and he kept a pleasant attitude the entire time! I have no idea how he got the stains out of our kids' bedroom carpets, but they look new. I hired Jose based on the reviews I saw here and I'm so glad I did! Wonderful work ethic. I would definitely hire him again!!!

Jose did a great job cleaning our off-white carpet. We had had a hot water slab leak resulting in a large soiled area in our dining room. We thought we might have to discard the carpet in that room. After replacing the soaked pad and having the carpet reattached to the tack strips by another vendor, we had Jose clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job, and there is no residual stain. No one would ever guess that we had had any problem with our carpet. In addition, we had him clean the carpet in the rest of the house. It looks like a new carpet throughout the house even though it is many years old. Jose was very punctual and considerate. We will definitely call Jose in the future when we need carpet cleaning.

Jose was the nicest, most professional service person we have encountered in a long, long time. He did such a good job that our fairly old carpets looked practically new. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for carpet cleaning by a thoroughly pleasant individual. Also, he was available to do the job in a few days -- no problem! This is my 3rd time of using Jose, he always does an excellent job. We had some really badly stained areas, and he got all stains out and the carpet looks as good as new! Jose is always polite, punctual and willing to work with us on whatever needs to be done, and the order its done etc. I can highly recommend Jose and his carpet cleaning company!

Jose was fantastic! The carpet is so old and was badly stained, and I just hoped for some improvement, but he surpassed all expectations. He was prompt to answer my inquiry, scheduled work quickly and was completely professional from beginning to end. From a work standpoint, he was timely, prepared and took the time to really do it right, and he emphasized that his goal is to make it a healthier environment for us. He even did some extra areas AND cleaned our living room area rug. From a personal standpoint, he was personable, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Jose's work -- and his work ethic -- are simply superior and I would hire him again with no hesitation. Highly recommend.

I’m pretty much repeating what others have said about Jose. Jose was prompt, professional, competent, hard-working, thorough, and courteous. I thought I had a small job, but Jose spent several hours to get the job done right, and I thought his price was very fair given the time he spent and the quality of the work. I had Jose clean the carpets in our master bedroom, hallway, and stairs. It was a great experience to have someone who was so hard-working, competent, professional, and exceedingly thorough. (He even helped me briefly with a totally unrelated issue, texting a picture to another workman who was coming over.) I would recommend him in the highest terms, and use him again without any question. Jose called almost immediately (at night) after I had filled out the "request a quote" form on Angie's List, and came the very next day. He spent over 4 hours on the cleaning - we had some difficult stains - ensuring the best possible result. Jose clearly takes great pride in his work. The carpets look amazing! My wife and I are very pleased.

Jose was able to schedule my house soon after I called, and arrived promptly at the agreed time. After going through the house, he offered to do the work for a very reasonable price. He clearly explained what procedure he would use, and how long it would take to dry. He explained in advance that some (one or two) stains could not be entirely removed. He said that he is meticulous in his work, and certainly proved that to be the case. I have been very happy with the results and will certainly hire him the next time the carpet needs cleaning.

I was in a hurry to get this done as I had a guest coming that was allergic to cats. We have long haired cat that sheds incessantly. We had an adjacent bathroom updated, as well as having an adult live in the bedroom for the 8 previous months, so the carpeted area really needed attention. I called 3 companies from Angie's List after reading reviews. Jose returned my call with 5 min., and we made an appointment for the following day at 1:00. He called me the next day to ask if he could come early. He started working at about 12:15 and worked on the listed areas until about 3:30. The carpeting looked absolutely fantastic! It is light colored and the lower stairs looked really dingy although the carpet there was only 4 years old. It looks almost new. (except where the cat had clawed the front of some steps) Jose also helped me hang a heavy 30" mirror in the bathroom. It was probably the most humid day on record in Carlsbad, but because Jose took extra time to extract as much water as possible the carpet was dry by the time my guest arrived the following dry. Jose is very knowledgeable and courteous. This will be the only company I call to clean my carpet. I plan to have him come out soon to clean and seal the travertine downstairs.

When I found out my new puppies had Giardia, I needed to sanitize my whole house pronto. Jose was able to come that day and steam clean my whole house. He did an amazing job and was very thorough and even gave me a great deal on the price. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

This was my first time of using AAA Dry Carpet Cleaning. Jose Rosas, the owner came and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. I had beenhaving problems with stains on our dining room carpet, which came up from the underpad and made it look awful again just a few weeks after I had it steam cleaned. In view of this, I wanted the carpet to be dry cleaned. Jose actually used both methods on my carpet, steam and then dry. It's now been 2 months since the cleaning, and no signs of the stains returning. Excellent work Jose! Thank you! I highly recommend Jose, he was very polite, clean and thorough, and worked extremely hard to make sure our carpets looked good.
