I called a week before I wanted the cleaning done and was able to get an appointment just when I wanted. Got a phone call alerting me that they were on the way. Probably took an hour or so. Both the couch and the rug look much brighter. <br /> This is not "dry" cleaning. Be prepared to have a fan or two to help dry whatever gets cleaned. <br />

Excellent service.  Timely and professional application.  Great performance and cleaned the problem areas we had for a reasonable cost. <br />

<p>Steam Pro was great.  He arrived on time and was completely professional and skilled.  He explained the process to me.  I had moved most of the moveable furniture out and showed him the trouble spots.  </p> <p></p> <p>There were a few stains that would just not come out but were greatly improved.  He made a real effort.  The full glass of red wine stain, that was spilled in a huge long splash in front of the 7' couch by a gesticulating arm, is now a faded light greenish tan.  My carpet is light cream colored berber.  Another stain that you could still see was a place where an entire bowl of salsa was dropped  (years ago) face down and not cleaned well until the next day.  He explained that at some point, you just can't get everything out and I understood although I was hoping a professional service would be able to do it.  I had also used about 12 different kinds of household and industrial carpet cleaners, seltzer, Resolve, Rug Doctor, baking soda, light bleach water...to no avail.  My efforts could have even hindered his attempts. In the master bedroom, there was a small dark spot that had probably been tar at one time, which did not come out totally but was improved.  When I asked what I should do about the remaining stains (short of replacing the carpet altogether) he said, "Ma'am, may I suggest area rugs?"  I had to laugh because that's what I'd been using over the stains.</p> <p></p> <p>Anyway.  When your carpets are 18-20 years old and the self-cleaned stains have been there for a long while....you can't expect miracles.   The spare bedroom where the cat box had created odor and stains was completely cleaned and deodorized.  The rest of the house (dining room, office, long hallway and two additional bedrooms) looked GREAT.</p> <p></p> <p>Overall, I thought his work was very professional and he was courteous and thorough.  I have recommend this service to friends, and I will definitely call Steam Pro again for my future carpet cleaning needs.</p> <br />

They were great.  They did a wonderful job, were in and out, very thorough, and a pleasure to work with.  They also got some stains out that I didn't think anyone would be able to remove.

I was very pleased with the service overall. My only criticism is that I think the technician rushed the job a little and when it dried, it didn't look all that different. There were still a couple of stains that I thought should have had more attention paid to them. However, the technician was a really nice person and was very easy to deal with. I will use thid company again and just emphasize the areas that I think need extra attention. <br />

Our dog had a major pooping accident in one of the bedrooms.  I had houseguests coming this weekend and it was in the guest room where they would be staying. I called SteamPro and Ron worked me into the schedule for Friday early morning so they would be dry by the time our guests arrived.  It took about 30 minutes.  All stains are gone and it was very reasonable priced.  I am new to Tallahassee, and I will only use this company as long as we live here.   <br /> He also took one of our oriental rugs with him and will hand wash it with mild soap and water and hang it to dry the way it is supposed to be done.  It is a 6.5x 9 rug and it will cost $125 which is also very reasonable for what it takes to clean an oriental wool rug. <br /> A Plus, Plus. <br /> <br /> <br />

Did an outstanding job with the carpets cleaning a very dirty area. Despite a car accident on the way over, they were still able to promptly complete the service and did a good job of it. <br />

it went very quickly .  carpet overfall was cleaner, but spot in two of the carpets were not any better. <br />

Our bathroom flooded and seeped into a small portion of the carpets in the adjacent rooms.  So it wasn't a very big job at all.  But Rob with SteamPro came out and did a very professional job.  He is very pleasant and I highly recommend him.  The price was great. <br />

Very pleased with service, and would use the company again, without hesitation.  Carpets were well cleaned.  <br />
