Steam Works Cleaning

Steamworks was great. I'd definitely use them again. They were so courteous, prompt and caring.

The work has been completed and I'm happy with the results.

Tech was scheduled to show up between 8am and 9am, and showed up at 10:30am. However, he cut the price to make up for the delay and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets.

Excellent job. Never stopped until I was satisfied with my wood floors.

Neil does a good job in trying to make the customer happy and sign in for his service. This was my first aIrduct cleaning work done and they did a good job. I had to be around the pipes as when they go from one room to another the pipes rip off the corner of the walls etc.. If people don't have children or anybody throwing things in the airduct, I guess they don't need airduct cleaning very often. Overall the experience was good

I worked with Ted with several projects including having some laminate flooring put in my front room. This rating is for both cleaning my vents plus laminate flooring. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them for future projects

Profesional was very hardworking and really cared about getting my leather furniture to look good. Unfortunately it is now cleaned well but appearance has not gotten any better.

What a great job. Removed all the stains on our WHITE carpet. This included food stains, blood and high traffic areas. The furnishings were moved with care and replaced on foam to keep the items dry. Great job.

Piles of dust were left were connection between hoses. Rest of job done very well

Actual stated quote was changed and additional charges were presented. Also there is damage to our new carpet. We are seeing two areas that have 3-4 inch rises or buckling in a family room. This was caused by intense drying strokes. So far nothing is being done about it. I would be very careful with this company and think twice!!!

Employees were courteous, responsive and job was completed on time and they did a great job. Price was quoted as a range and I was asked twice by the company what they had quoted originally. The technician's quote day of cleaning was higher than the range that was quoted.
