Did not perform work that was agreed upon. The agreement was to have my garage floor and stem walls epoxy coated. Upon the start of the job, Ryan decided that he will no longer do my stem walls even though he agreed prior to taking the job. Ryan also decided that he will not change the price even though he decided not to do the stem walls. With all my belongings sitting outside, I had no choice but to move forward with the job. The job was completed in a timely manner but after the 3 day curing period, I went to inspect the floor. I found spots that appeared to have no clear top coat and the flakes were flaking off. There were several quarter size bubbles in the clear top coat. I've contacted Ryan about the issues and all I got was a bunch of excuses nor did he believe there was even any issues. I explained that I had the workers coming in 2 days to put my stuff back in the garage and he tells me that the clear top coat was out of stock. WOW!!! Nice pick Angi!!! Bottom line, I'm stuck!!! Think twice, don't get stuck like I did!

"The Cleint had issues with the top coat seeming to be to be to thin in some areas and I tried all morning to locate the top coat that I put on his floor but the valley didn’t have any. He wanted an immediate solution and when I tried to explain the issue with getting the top coat to fix the problem he didn’t want to hear it. I never stopped trying to find a solution to the top coat issue he just didn’t give me the time to fix it."
