We could not be happier with all aspects of having our new roof installed by Steel Masters. They were quick to come out and give us an estimate - which did indeed match the final cost we paid. We scheduled our roof to be installed several months from when we made our down payment, and we are very happy to say they showed up right on schedule. We were beyond amazed to have our entire roof completed in two days. The crew working at our home did a great job cleaning up at the conclusion of each work day. We were exceptionally pleased with all of the attention to detail on our roof!

Our roof was installed 10/17/17. Our roof leaked with the first rain. Matt Miller , the owner of Steel Master came three times to fix the roof which it never was fixed. The last time he was here , he put a sheet of metal on the inside of our attic to catch any rain fall. He refused to pay for any of the damages in our home. We had to have a couple walls replaced and some hardwood flooring replaced , a door and we had to have some painting done. The roof cost us right at $18,000. It’s going to cost $11,000 to get repaired by another steel roofing company. We hired an engineer to see what was wrong. He repeated several times about the poor workmanship. A whole section of our roof was installed incorrectly per the steel manufacture that Matt purchases from! There is also flashing missing all over the roof, plus shingles from the original roof can be seen on one side. It should’ve taken three days to put the roof up it took Matt Miller one day. Matt Miller and Bruce Yoder, the salesman refuse to return any phone calls or emails. They refuse to honor their warranty. The thing that hurt the most about this whole thing is that when rain was visibly coming into my living room, I called Matt on the Southern Indiana line, Matt answered and hung up on me once I started talking about the rain coming in. He called me over 24 hours later, only because I had sent Bruce Yoder's wife a message via Messenger to please ask someone to call me. Matt called and yelled at me, saying that he doesn't run a 24/7 business - this is while the rain is coming inside my home! He didn't come for a couple days. My husband and I have worked hard our whole lives. It is horrible that a business within our community treats their customers this way. It’s really important to have other avenues to put reviews out there because we are blocked from Steel Master‘s Facebook page. Why don’t they just adhere to their warranty? It's been a nightmare. We were in the market for a metal roof and found Matt (Steel Master Roofing) via Facebook. He showed up when he said he would, told us what he would do if it was his roof, saved us some money and we got a good looking roof at a great price. <br />
