I had a new roof and new siding installed by Stellar Roofing recently. My two main contacts were Chris Konya and Leon Turner. My experience with them has been very positive. Chris is a very knowledgeable and very responsive sales/consultant. He has good communication skills and has been very candid which I appreciate. Project manager Leon is a walking encyclopedia of home improvement knowledge with over thirty years of experience, and he is also very responsive to my questions and requests. I should add that the work crews were quite skilled and very hard working. My house looks great, and I am a satisfied customer.

Hands down the BEST company to work with! We had never had a roof project done before, so naturally we had a lot of questions. The sales person that came out was beyond amazing! He spent time explaining the process, evaluating our current roofing system and reviewing with us what he found and what a Stellar roofing system could do for us. Our sales person continued to be an amazing wealth of knowledge and assistance while we processed everything, he continued to answer questions via text, email, and phone call. We ultimately had our new stellar roof installed and we we absolutely love it! The day of installation the crew arrived bright and early, ready to get to work! The project manager was awesome! He kept us appraised of everything and answered any questions we had. Our roof was done in one day! We had a full tear off, all the decking replaced and the new roofing installed...all in one day! And let me tell you, the clean up was meticulous! We did not find a single thing left behind! No nails, no little pieces of old shingles, nothing! If your in need of a new roof STELLAR is the company to go with 100%!

tl;dr - work fast and efficient? Yes. Great sales pitch? Sure. Come to your door "we are in the neighborhood. wanna change the roof?" Yes, sir. Excellent communications after the contract is signed? Hell, no. Paperwork for advertised warranty takes 4-8 week to arrive. Price seems reasonable, the materials seem to be good quality, they work pretty efficiently, but do expect to find a couple of nails lying around. p.s. My initial rating 3/5, coz I've seen and heard from PM exactly once at the moment "let's look at the roof from your driveway and sign the documents". Despite multiple assurances of involvement and "keeping you up to date". Wasn't even informed about the additional cost of wood for repairs 🤷‍♂️
